假期的最後兩天正好趕上了大潮，再次踏上啟東黃金海灘，這次選了就近的恆大威尼斯里的民宿，確實和預期的有差距，後期的（精裝）公寓樓，品質很一般，22樓的房間要忍受樓道里呼呼作響的風聲，風裡還有一股海味兒，略帶潮濕感，房間所有用品幾乎都是一次性的，被子、床單、沙發都用了一次性罩子，體驗實在不舒服。同樣的價格，可以選擇住體驗更好的酒店，下次應該不會再嘗試了。最後説一下，店家的服務水平還是在線的，也盡力滿足需求了，衹不過這地方條件就一般，住不慣。

面積很大，是個七八十平方的兩居室，衞生做的很乾凈，定之前和客服聯繫了，很愉快的給預留了一個海景房，小孩子特別喜歡，以後來啟東還會再住

臨時起意大半夜開車去啟東玩，凌晨一點半到的，酒店公寓住的非常舒心與開心，很有家的感覺，貼心的用了一次性的四件套，超喜歡，這樣也放心。 最最值得誇的是提前打了電話，因為沒有能看見海景的房間了，免費給我們升級成了海景雙房，房東人美心善，超級好！！！ 房東熱情地指導遊玩路線，超細心地畫了小路的圖給我，讓我一個路痴都能很快明白，下樓到觀日出的地方2分鐘就到了，第二天的日出真的超美！哈哈哈，另外還推薦了好吃的海鮮寶藏店，想來啟東玩的，真的可以定這裏，超值超值！下次來一定還住這裏。

房間臨海邊，夜晚吹吹風，趕海收穫滿滿 老闆熱情好客，能提供大部分的趕海知識和住宿周邊推薦， 但是黃金沙灘早上一定要天亮前趁保安沒醒才能進 換房間後面灘塗趕海的，要趁早，早起

住的地方陽台就可以看到海，而且下樓就是商業街，非常方便，設施又齊全，有洗衣機，玩海後還可以洗洗衣服，坐在陽台上吹吹海風，非常愜意，房間也很乾凈

現在人不是很多，客服升級了海景房，第一次住酒店式民宿，真的非常驚喜，很乾凈，而且視野很好，網絡也很快，下樓就是商業街
