這次入住體驗差強人意、這家新開的假日文旅還沒有正式掛牌星級、但定位=洲際IHG中檔、行業對標四星（高檔型）房價也來到了500這個檔，居然沒有配備客房冰箱，如果是因為縮減成本我也可以理解，畢竟同類型酒店也有這種情況。服務方面1、辦理入住體驗不是很好、我是下午兩點多辦理入住被告知客房沒有收拾出來、讓我們原地等待，沒有基礎的接待或者引導休息的動作、很多外國友人也是乾站着。2、外賣不讓外賣員送上樓、可能酒店定位考慮到安全原因規定可以理解。前台值班的帥哥也是幫忙送了一次、但是第二次就極其敷衍已沒空為由，讓顧客下樓自取，我也理解可能到達入住高峯期了，結果當我自己走到樓下取完外賣發現前台以及整個大廳的工作人員都在閑聊聊天。不難看出整個酒店員工大部分員工對服務的sop流程不熟悉、管理崗面對客訴及特殊事件的控場能力存在不足。

這是一家新的酒店，房間內的傢俱全部都是新的，4樓的早餐也是非常不錯，前台服務人員的態度也非常好，停車也很方便。值得推薦的一家酒店。
