Evergrande Venice Resort

Full marks for the Qidong Evergrande Venice Hotel! It boasts a stunning sea view – open the window and you're greeted by the ocean. The private white sand beach is fine and clean, and the hot springs and kids' park are excellent amenities, making it super easy and stress-free for families with children. A special thank you to Bao Xia from the staff; she was incredibly patient and thorough during check-in, proactively explained the tour routes to us, and was incredibly quick to respond to our needs. Her kindness and thoughtfulness made our vacation experience absolutely perfect. We'll definitely choose this place again for our next seaside getaway!

The room was just okay, but thankfully, the hotel staff handled everything promptly, calmly, and patiently. They were meticulous and dependable, and their warm and thoughtful service meant I didn't have to worry about a thing, making me feel completely secure during my stay. The professionalism was top-notch, and the service was incredibly detailed, making my stay extremely comfortable. If I come back to this area, I'll definitely choose Butler Huihui again. Highly recommend!

Our entire stay was handled by our butler, Huihui, and the service experience far exceeded our expectations. She proactively communicated with us about our itinerary before our arrival, provided clear directions upon arrival, and gave us detailed explanations about the room facilities, nearby attractions, and tidal activities like clam digging.

The Qidong Evergrande Sea Venice Hotel has beautiful scenery and attentive staff. The beach is perfect for a family trip. Our butler, Zhenzhen, was truly considerate and thoughtful.

This beachfront resort is absolutely stunning! We booked a garden-view room but got a free upgrade to a sea-view, which was amazing. It has everything you could want: ocean views, a beach, and plenty of entertainment facilities. The room itself was clean and tidy. Our butler, Zhenzhen, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful; she even checked in on our travel plans after we checked out. Her service was meticulous and thorough – a perfect stay!

I visited Evergrande many years ago when it first opened. Everything was brand new and the environment was excellent. Now, the hotel's service has completely deteriorated. Aside from the check-in process, there's no service whatsoever. I asked several people for directions, and everyone gave me different answers, with some even admitting they didn't know. The breakfast is also really bad and overcrowded. There are hardly any edible options; the celery was tough and chewy, the fried dough sticks seemed stale, and the wontons were all stuck together! The hotel's hardware is still great. The rooms are well-maintained and feel new, and the lobby and corridors are spacious, which is nice. The amusement park is also good, and there's a beach to play on – these aspects are still enjoyable. However, the hotel's landscaping has suffered. The water in the front looks dirty and hasn't been changed in a long time. There are many fallen leaves and weeds in the park, and the environment has significantly worsened.

The butler service was excellent and very attentive.
