The room felt unhygienic. The soles of my feet were gray when I walked barefoot on the floor. The order included two breakfasts. When I went to have breakfast in the morning, the front desk asked for an extra 28 yuan because she estimated that the child was over 1.2 meters tall (actually 1.22 meters, I admire her eyesight). I can accept the hotel's regulations, but what affects my mood for the whole day and my feelings about this hotel is the unquestionable tone and expression of the front desk. I also stayed here during the May Day holiday and felt completely different. Because May Day felt good, I stayed here again, but I didn't expect that the good impression I had before was gone. The front desk called again at around 11 o'clock and told me that I must check out at 12 o'clock if I did not extend my stay. The stiff tone was offensive! It was a really bad living experience. I didn't expect a good weekend to turn out like this! I've stayed in many hotels, but this is the first time I give a bad review, just because it really affects my mood!

I originally wanted to give a good review, but the hotel management was really unsatisfactory. The shower head could not drain out water after 11 o'clock in the evening. I contacted the front desk for maintenance. They said it was blocked and asked me to change rooms. It was already so late to negotiate, so I went to the vacant room next door to wash it. Take a shower and not change rooms. All these operations are quite normal and understandable... However, the next morning, at 8:30, there was a knock on the door saying that they were here to repair the water pipe in the shower room. It was so funny that I was woken up even before I checked out and was still sleeping! I ignored him and left at the door! But it has affected my sleep! ! ! What's even weirder is that the cleaning lady knocked on the door again at 10:30 and said she wanted to repair the water pipes. . . I'm really speechless. The guest came to disturb the repairs before he checked out and was still sleeping. Is it so casual? I originally had to go to bed very late because of this, but I was disturbed twice before I checked out in the morning! ! ! I was really upset. Not a single staff member apologized during the entire process. It was really poor management!
