Seeing many abandoned items was a bit disappointing. **Hygiene:** Acceptable. I'd say it's just about okay, as you can't expect too much. On check-out day, the butler also let us know early that we could take a photo of our room card and leave. They also assisted with check-out, which was very thoughtful.
