外面看挺氣派，但是裏面設施真是該翻新了，太舊了，房間裏尤其衞生間，太老舊了，門啊浴缸周邊啊都是破的，外面颳大風的時候，衞生間的天花板呼呼的來回晃蕩，太嚇人了，5.28晚上的前台人員態度很好很熱情，5.29中午的前台人員語氣太差了，拉個臉説話語氣很沖

春節期間怕沒有早點，所以在攜程上特意入住這家有兩份早餐的賓館，結果入住後第2天早晨告訴我:沒有。我跟她説攜程上寫的有，她説那你找攜程去吧，反正我們這兒沒有。態度極差。從我入住到最後退房服務中一直都沒個笑臉。
本人外出旅遊了這麼多年，頭一次見到這樣的態度，很讓人嗤之以鼻。
沒有早點可能是同攜程溝通的問題，但是你態度好一點呀，春節期間我們大家都理解。我想從這一點也可以看出慶城城市的管理水平有待提高。
