Atour Hotel (Jinsong 4th Road, Haier Science & Technology Innovation Ecological Park), Qingdao

The breakfast area was really well managed; even when it was busy, things stayed organized, and we didn't have to wait long. Xiaozhi and Xiaoci at the front desk were incredibly thoughtful and provided great service. It was a nice touch that if you came back late at night, the restaurant's late-night congee service still offered warm congee.

Overall, the stay at the Qingdao Haier Kechuang Atour Hotel was quite good. The rooms were clean and tidy, the front desk service was excellent and responsive, the amenities were complete, the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the late-night congee service was convenient and tasty. Tea was provided upon check-in, and bottled water was given upon check-out. Very satisfied.

The room smelled musty when I entered, and the floor was covered in water stains, supposedly from a recent cleaning. The bathroom was flooded, supposedly from rinsing off disinfectant. They said someone would come and clean it up, and then a staff member called and went on and on about the cleaning process, implying this was normal. Finally, I insisted, and they came and wiped it down. Later that afternoon, when I returned to the room, the bathroom smelled like raw, unprocessed pork kidney sashimi—it almost made me faint.

The room was okay, but the soundproofing wasn't great. Cleanliness was acceptable, and the staff service was excellent. However, the management (especially the front desk manager, who was very persuasive and could improve his communication with guests) was also good. There were concerns about nighttime security.

The room was very unhygienic, with hair and cigarette ash everywhere, and the toilet was not clean. I was traveling with my baby and thought I'd spend 800 yuan to stay in a clean room. I didn't expect the Atour in Qingdao to be so unclean. I've stayed in Atour many times, but this was the worst experience. This is my first bad review! The service was average, and there were no spare quilts.

The hotel is very new and the room is very clean! You can see the washing machine in the room. The service is very good and very friendly!
