優點：酒店位置好，臨近地鐵，周邊餐飲超市齊全，樓下有網紅餐飲店，服務熱情。價格實惠。樓下有網紅餐飲店。
缺點：設施比較陳舊了。

入住時候一個超級美的姐姐接待的，特別温柔很細心的給我們説了好多，説有任何問題和需要幫助的地方都可以和她説，房間很乾凈整潔，第二天出去玩還會詢問我們住的舒服嗎有沒有哪裡存在問題，不誇張的説是我這些年住過的酒店裡服務態度和細心程度最棒的一家酒店，作為外地遊客感覺特別温暖，臨走退房的時候還送了我們紀念禮物，真的是把所有美好的形容詞放在這個姐姐身上都不為過，如果下次還有機會來青島 我一定還會選擇這家酒店！新的一年提前祝大家新年快樂、身體健康！

這個酒店絕了哈哈哈哈，真的是很好的住宿體驗，前台姐姐和另一個哥，真的是很熱情，而且人很好很貼心，酒店臨近五四廣場，地鐵一站，步行半小時，價格也很合適，我還是在元旦期間定的！以後來青島玩可以選這家酒店哈哈哈，而且酒店裡還有餐廳！衞生的話，我覺得挺乾淨，退房還送了小禮物，太讚了，

誠懇的評價一下，一樓有餐廳，晚上10點想睡覺，一樓有個大胖老婆嗷…………一聲，10點30，又嗷………了一聲，如此反覆，直到12點入睡！！！窗户不知道怎麼回事，一直有異響！！！！隔音很不好，外邊關門聲聽得一清二楚！！！！就一點很好，衞生！！！不建議入住，花錢買罪受
