Amazing night views, a great variety of restaurants with reasonable prices and delicious food. The location is very central. The decor has an old-money vibe, very classic and well-maintained, with great quality and excellent cleanliness. This is a five-star hotel with incredible value for money.

The hotel is close to the subway station. I originally booked a standard room, but when I arrived, it hadn't been cleaned yet, so they upgraded me to a suite. My child went to play in the sand, and the front desk kindly lent us sand toys. The room was clean and tidy. The only drawback was that the air conditioning couldn't cool in April. If the hotel could improve this, it would be even better.

I had the pleasure of staying at this Crowne Plaza during my trip to Qingdao, and it truly felt like a five-star experience. While the facilities are a bit dated, the service is absolutely top-notch, a truly mature five-star standard. It's been a long time since I've experienced such excellent, standard five-star service (many hotels nowadays might look good, but their staff training is often lacking). The suite I stayed in was fantastic, every area was spotless, and the windows were bright and clean. A hotel is really a combination of hardware and software, and the outstanding service (software) here more than makes up for the slight age of the facilities (hardware). I highly, highly recommend this hotel.

Returned from my holiday and Crowne Plaza was my first choice, as always – an established hotel with good reason! Amy at the front desk had already reserved the room for me in advance, so check-in was instant. Wang Sixuan and Mr. Zhang Zhengguang from the concierge team, as well as Wang Fengmiao, who is from my hometown of Yantai, were all wonderful! The two cleaning ladies were also very responsible, tidying up my room promptly and efficiently every day. All in all, Crowne Plaza's overall service is so attentive, which really speaks to the hotel's excellent management. Thank you!

The hotel's location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and the room service is great. The bathtub in the bathroom was very comfortable! The subway downstairs provides convenient access to all the attractions. Qingdao is so beautiful, I'll definitely be back next time!

The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. On the day of check-in, the front desk staff were very welcoming and even gave us a free room upgrade. It was a fantastic experience, and we also received complimentary welcome drinks.

We were a family of three checking in on March 26th. Joy, the lady with glasses who checked us in, was incredibly warm and attentive, always serving us with a smile. She was very friendly and even upgraded us to a suite. She thoughtfully sent up a bathtub liner for us, and the ice and spoon we requested arrived in our room very quickly. She also helped my husband switch to a buckwheat pillow. When we asked for housekeeping during our stay, she even folded our pajamas neatly. Our 2-night stay was excellent, and we'll definitely choose an InterContinental hotel again in the future.
