The hotel provides laundry detergent, and your specific usage is a matter of personal preference, which we cannot interfere with. Because the washer and dryer functions (especially the drying function) require different settings for different materials, the damage to your backpack and clothing appears to be due to improper drying settings, and not a quality issue with the hotel's equipment or supplies. The hotel has fulfilled its obligation to provide relevant instructions and reminders, and we consistently maintain strict control over the cleanliness of the rooms.
