The front desk staff, particularly Xiao Du, provided excellent service. I was very satisfied with this stay. I frequently visit Qingdao and always choose this hotel. This time, the hotel changed its name (now Movenpick by Accor), and it feels even more upscale. We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Lanou International Hotel. The location is excellent, just a short distance from May Fourth Square, with local convenience stores nearby for added convenience. Hotel reception served welcome drink but not shown to your rm or offered to by the reception upon checking in. 4 started hotel service? Room is showing sign of wear and tear. My used tea cup from day 1 to last day wasn’t even washed by the room maid lol I stayed at 7 days imagine that! Hotel provided breakfast which is basically 80% the same foods daily . Honestly I won’t go back to this Hotel Chain again for the kind of money I’m paying I won’t recommend anyone to stay here feel this hotel is more for local than so called International . Just my 2 cents
