1、衞生很差，吸馬桶的竟然放客房門口。2、住400多的酒店感覺住了個十年前的招待所。3、房間沒鋪地板，地毯非常臟，翻起來直接是水泥！4、蚊香是擺設，半夜發現舊的蚊香片沒換掉，也沒新的可用。5、房間太潮，被子內芯不衞生，住着身上癢的想發火。6、一樓大廳臟亂差，自行車什麼的居然都在裏面放的！7、房間設施非常陳舊，沙發內是斷成兩節的木板！8、公共衞生間的隔斷居然是透明玻璃的！

酒店乾淨整潔 附近交通非常方便 公交 地鐵都很方便 出門左拐一分鐘就是青島書房 三分鐘到天主教堂 打卡天主教堂 旁邊就是解憂雜貨鋪 到棧橋 衹需要五分鐘 到青島站步行十分鐘左右 走路三分鐘還有一條街都是珍珠飾品海產品得店 樓下就有海鮮加工飯店的一條街 真的很不錯 以後去玩還住這裏 前台小哥哥 小姐姐 也非常熱情 還幫寄存行李 説送我明信片 走的時候忘記了 下次去得想着跟小哥哥要 哈哈哈 💕💕💕

本不想評論的，就怕以後驢友也掉坑。我衹能説這是我住過最差的酒店，沒有之一。
環境：跟圖片相差很大，房間牆壁居然還有小生命。電視櫃，床一看就是二手收過來的。
設施：房間燈居然很有不亮的，房間跟衞生間沒有衞生紙，電視裏衹有兩個頻道，其他都是模糊子狀。淋浴房地上就放一瓶洗髮水，還有大概是沐浴露吧。淋浴噴頭居然是壞的，還漏水。電話擺放着不能用。燒水壺裡麪也是臟的。空調冷氣不夠，叫了前台過來修，就是把過濾網清洗一下。
總結：感覺自己住的不是酒店，連最基本的設施都沒有。讓我大開眼見。

這裏位置很好，出行方便。但是衞生狀況真的比較糟糕，地毯很舊很臟，主要散發著臭味，衞生間地板很臟，房間衹是表面打掃一下，桌子啥的細節很臟，大概價位便宜所以服務也衹能如此了，房間很熱，空調正對着床吹，很容易吹感冒，帶孩子的還是要慎選

入住體驗感很好，和朋友7月份旅遊旺季來這住的，首先：交通很便利，離棧橋，天主天堂，青島書屋衹有5分鐘的路程，步行10分鐘可以到達前往金沙灘的3號隧道公交車的車站，步行2分鐘可以到達友客便利店，樓下都是可以海鮮加工的飯店，步行15分鐘可以看到很多工藝品商店。其次，這個價格住到將近30平方的酒店真的絕了。入住體驗感也非常棒，推薦朋友們來，性價比很高，yyds

在去哪兒訂的酒店！酒店的老闆，前台小姐姐們都超級熱情😛😛服務周到！幫我安排的房間很nice，是個街景房，從房間窗户就能看見信號山⛰️很棒🥳附近公交站地鐵站火車站都超級近出行太方便了哈哈哈！酒店內乾淨衞生，歐式裝修風格，很不錯👍對面是個學校🏫晚上時候超級安靜！！

酒店非常乾淨，水小了一點，樓頂也可以曬衣服，離海邊也很近，大概200米左右就是海邊，也是中心位置，吃飯去景點很方便，打的坐公交都很方便，去金沙灘坐2路公交2塊錢就到了，旁邊有個海軍博物館帶孩子去看了，非常好。
