Respect, kindness, sense of service were not part of the deal. I was mistreated by the receptionists.
The bathroom was unclean.
I struggled to get the promised wifi access but it never worked and no one was ready to check and solve the problem for me.

老式的住宅樓，房間隔音效果很一般，在萬達廣場樓上，地方很好找，周圍吃飯很方便，特別樓下就有一家店，早飯乾淨衞生，選擇很多。房間住着總體舒適度還可以，衞生還是挺乾淨的，設計也挺不錯，門鎖是那種老式的插孔鎖，晾衣服比較方便。這一次入住不滿意的就是電視和洗衣機，第一晚電視和洗衣機根本用不了，反映後第二天老闆打電話説會弄好。但是晚上遊玩回來後還是用不了，又去找前台（前台阿姨住了2晚沒有見過她的笑臉，總是愛理不理，這也是讓人不舒服的地方）最終阿姨拿來一張卡插上，衹能當老式電視，看幾個電視頻道，看不了孩子想看的網絡電視。洗衣機更是壓根用不了，衣服在裏面轉了40分鐘，也不脱水，最後實在沒有辦法，衹能把衣服都拿出來改手洗🤦♀️。理解現在是旺季，價格都是成倍的漲，但是和我後面幾天住同等價位的公寓相比，還是差了不少。
