This Crowne Plaza isn't a standalone hotel; it's part of a complex of three IHG hotels connected together. The underground parking garage is terrible. The ramps are very narrow, and there are two consecutive sharp right-angle turns that make it difficult to maneuver, especially when encountering other cars. Once you're down there, there are no signs for Crowne Plaza, only for Holiday Inn Express. Turning left leads to a dead end with no warning. There's a severe lack of signage in the underground parking lot. If it's your first time, finding the correct hotel elevator relies purely on luck. The hotel's lobby on the first floor is quite small and feels cramped with all the furnishings. The check-in area is also very tight. The front desk service is mediocre; they are polite but not particularly warm or friendly. On the positive side, the room and restaurant service are good. The hotel has only been open for a few years, so the facilities are still relatively new. The room size is decent, and the layout is well-designed with a separate vanity area. The cleanliness is also good, and the toiletries are of acceptable quality. The hot water is excellent, with high temperature and strong pressure. The decor is quite distinctive; the hotel elevators and the wall behind the bed feature a faux-leather, hand-stitched design. This hotel excels at making bread, cakes, and light meals; the ingredients and flavors are all very good. However, the complimentary bottled water is the cheapest kind available. The hotel is conveniently located not far from the Qingyin Expressway exit, offering good transportation access. That said, there isn't much of a view outside the window. For the price, it's a decent option if you're just looking for a place to stay.

This is probably the best hotel in Licang District, right next to the Holiday Inn Express Suites and Holiday Inn. There are many restaurants nearby, the room is spacious, has a bathtub, is clean, and the breakfast is plentiful. It's almost perfect (except for not having a smart toilet). I was in Qingdao for a business trip in December, and a king-size bed room for two nights without breakfast cost less than 800 yuan. The value for money is unbeatable.

Even though I had a fever from the flu on the day I checked in, my stay was still quite comfortable. The bed was large and not too soft, and I could choose my preferred pillow. It's also not far from the airport.

This was by far the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during the National Day holiday. The overall environment was very clean, and the bedding is definitely worth recommending. The soundproofing was excellent, and I'd give the cleanliness a perfect 10. The hotel has its own buffet breakfast and a swimming pool. The gym also has long opening hours and good equipment. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. For those with travel plans and a demand for quality, I highly recommend choosing this place.

The hotel's location is excellent, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's also convenient to grab craft beer downstairs. Major attractions are just a 30-minute taxi ride away, and it's close to the airport. The soundproofing is great; the carpeted hallways mean you don't hear any footsteps from outside. The breakfast offers a rich mix of Chinese and Western options, which my kids loved. The fitness center and swimming pool in the basement have a comfortable water temperature. Elaine Zhang from Guest Relations was incredibly thoughtful. She prepared children's toiletries for my kids, offered complimentary breakfast for them, and even arranged a late check-out due to our flight schedule. Her service was very warm and welcoming. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance. Highly recommended.

The hotel's location is convenient, the room is spacious and clean, and the bedding is comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Elaine's return visit service was very enthusiastic, making for a very satisfactory stay! The service attitude is good, breakfast is quite rich, the gym facilities are decent, and the pool is fine too. I will choose this place again next time I come to Qingdao.

We stayed in the family room and were very satisfied. It's just a shame the weather in Qingdao wasn't great, so we had to leave early. The kids still had a pretty good time. We'll definitely come back next time the weather is better. The hotel is very clean.

Overall, we were satisfied with our trip. We booked two rooms, and there was a slippery spot on the floor in one of them, plus an issue with the bathtub water, but both problems were handled promptly.

Pros: 1. The room is spacious, and the bed is huge. The hotel description said a 1.8-meter bed, but it felt more like 2.4-2.7 meters wide when I actually stayed there. Comfort level was also decent. 2. There's a bathtub, and the water temperature and pressure for showering were good. 3. Generally, the cleanliness was quite good; I'd say it was clean. 4. The hotel gym facilities are comprehensive and quite large. There's also a big swimming pool with an overflow design. 5. The staff's service attitude was generally good. Cons: 1. The hotel positions itself as relatively high-end, and the price isn't low, but its smart services fall short compared to other hotels. Other hotels use robots for delivering items or food deliveries, and they are very fast. For this hotel, for food deliveries or item retrieval/delivery, I don't know if it's because there aren't enough robots or some other reason, but the efficiency is too low. You always have to wait a long time or proactively call the front desk to get things sent to your room. 2. The hotel's toiletries (hand soap, shampoo, shower gel) provided are just average quality. Moreover, they aren't small, sealed, disposable bottles; they're large bottles that are continually refilled. With multiple guests using them, I didn't feel comfortable using them at all. 3. Very few disposable items were provided. There was no disposable toilet seat cover and no disposable bathtub liner. 4. For a relatively high-end hotel, the toilet isn't a smart, electric one. 5. The placement of tissues in the room is unreasonable. They are only in the bathroom and shower room. For such a large bedroom, there isn't a single box, making it very inconvenient to use tissues. Plus, the tissues in the shower room are placed near the toilet entrance, which feels a bit unsanitary for everyday use. 6. There are no main lights in the room, only small yellow lights and dim light strips. Even with all the lights on, the room feels rather dim. 7. The location is quite isolated, about 20 kilometers from the main city attractions. If there's traffic, it takes quite a while to get there.

Environment: Very comfortable. Facilities: New and high-end. Hygiene: Spotless. The experience was fantastic, and the front desk manager had a great attitude! I highly recommend staying here for a couple of days. It's not very close to the city center, so it's perfect if you're driving. Definitely worth a return visit.

The noodle toppings for breakfast felt a bit sparse and didn't quite suit the Southern palate. The pot of black tea at the lobby bar for 198 (yuan) was delicious.

Service: Every staff member was incredibly thoughtful. On the day we checked in, they even surprised me with a birthday cake 🎂 – such a nice touch. Environment: Clean, tidy, comfortable, and hygienic. Convenience: Plenty of food options and shopping nearby, very convenient. Breakfast was abundant and very satisfying. I'll definitely be back again.

The hotel is located in Licang District, which is a bit far from the attractions in the southwest of Qingdao. However, if you're planning to visit Mount Laoshan's Yangkou Scenic Area, it's relatively much closer. The hotel's breakfast is incredibly delicious, truly reaching a 5-star standard. The room's cleanliness was noticeably well-maintained and tidy!
