The hotel has a good location, but is dirty. Tools with old stains. There was mould in the bathroom. The room hasn't been repaired for a long time. The teapot fork was mealted. I think it was too expensive for such room.

Excellent location and super polite and helpful staff. Room was nice and clean. The walls were very thin so could hear the people in the rooms next door... even the snoring and the bed was very hard. Don't forget your earplugs

Great location. Walking distance to lots of tourists destinations. Helpful staff, friendly and kind, he lent me an umbrella for the sudden rain and let me check in earlier. But it’s an old establishment where you can see, smell and feel the aged stains.. bring your own bedding and towels and drink lots of beers lol

Location is good. You can go to everywhere easily. Stuff was super attentive. They helped me a lot. They sent me main tourist attractions Location. When I arrived, they upgraded room for free.
P.S but I wish there were soft mattress 😄

It’s a very good hotel in this price. Room amenities and cleanliness is good. Staff is really good apart from some difficulties. But they should have 24 hours reception service.
But this hotel was above my expectations in this price.

Friendly staff. Close to some great attractions such as St Michael's cathedral, the tsingtao beer factory/museum and the tsingtao logo ocean pier... I forgot what the pier is called 😂
Will definitely be booking at this hotel again
