Really nice hotel in a good localisation. There are shops, restaurants nearby. I has business room and it was good, clean, nice style. Staff was nice, but girls from the front desk couldn't speak english (chinese only). I couldn't pay by Mastercard, only WechatPay, so that's the only disadvantage.

I went to this hotel in late February, 2023. The weather was fluctuating from maybe 10 to 25 degree celsius. Unexpectedly, the air conditioner in the room is providing hot air instead of cool air. We experienced 32 degree celsius in the room at night time. After we have asked the front desk for what happened to the air-conditioning, the staff explained that only hot air will be provided in cool weather. So we simply switched off the air conditioning in the other night, then everything goes back to normal.
The location of this hotel is nice but do not expect too much on the scenery.

Service: The front desk service is OK.
Environment: OK.
Hygiene: It’s really worrying. Even the cleaning lady was surprised how dirty it was. But I have nothing to say about using the same toilet brush to clean both the toilet seat and the toilet.
Facilities: Old, broken items are not repaired.
Parking: No parking! The information on the page is wrong.

Facilities: Very old, the shower head in the bathroom was leaking (the hotel said they could change us to another room the next day)
Equipment: The bathroom does not provide razors/hand washing soap and shower caps. These need to be requested from the front desk. After calling the front desk, I was told that I need to go down and get them myself!
Hygiene: Picture 3 is a picture of the cleaning lady after she came to clean. There are hairs inside. I don’t even understand why she didn’t put that part back in place.
Service attitude: The front desk received a package for me, and Taobao also showed that it was signed for. However, until we left the store, the package was not found for me. When I asked the front desk, they said that our package was placed there, and if it was not there, it was not there, and they just ignored me! I will complain to them about this.
