Zhongkai Huafu Holiday Hotel

The attitude was absolutely terrible. I was checking in with my child and asked the front desk if they had kids' toiletries and slippers. Even though I knew the hotel had family rooms, the front desk still refused outright, and with extreme impatience. After a lot of back and forth, they grudgingly sent up some adult slippers. There wasn't even a tissue box in the room. When I realized there were no tissues, I had to call multiple times before they finally brought up a loose pack of tissues. Basic amenities were severely lacking. The experience in winter was even worse; to get from the elevator to our room, you had to walk across an open-air balcony. We were in room 01, and the elevator was by room 13, so we had to walk past a dozen rooms. The cold wind was blowing directly at us, and my child was freezing. It was a miserable experience the whole time. This price absolutely does not match the service and facilities. I genuinely do not recommend this place for families with children!

Excellent security, you need a key card to go upstairs. The price is also fantastic, especially considering it's a Hilton. There's free parking on the same floor, the view is great, and the room itself is very new.

Heads up: the hotel's parking entrance is a bit tricky to find. It's located around the corner, right by the Sheraton hotel's entrance, so make sure to keep a close eye on your navigation. We were assigned a room on the 26th floor, and the view upon opening the door was incredibly open and expansive. For just 300 RMB, getting a two-bedroom, one-living room suite offers fantastic value for money. Plus, it's super convenient, with Taihe Cave just a 300-meter walk away.

The location is excellent, very close to Taihe Ancient Cave. There are plenty of eateries nearby, making dining very convenient. We booked a high-floor room with a fantastic view. The room itself was well-equipped and quite clean. My only minor suggestion would be to offer a softer/lower pillow option, as the provided ones were a bit too high. Free parking is also a great bonus. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located directly opposite the Taihe Cave Scenic Area. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an expansive view, and the room was spotlessly clean and tidy. They even have robot food delivery, and parking is free. It absolutely exceeded my expectations!
