"Located right next to the Four Seasons Guizhou Amusement Park, it's very convenient to get around. The only downside is the slightly winding route from the front desk to the room, which my child described as a maze adventure. The package includes a hot spring ticket, which is a great deal. The amusement park entrance is right outside the room elevator, and my child was very happy. After playing in the water park (which was a bit cold), we also soaked in the hot spring. It was a wonderful experience and definitely worth checking out."

"Very bad experience. Would not recommend. Right from the moment we arrived, it was disappointing. We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。"

What really stood out was the bed – I've never seen two 1.6-meter beds in a double room before! You can tell the owner put a lot of thought into it. The facilities are comprehensive, and the smart home features are very convenient. The hotel's surroundings are also lovely, and the service was excellent and courteous. The entire hotel was spotless, which made a great impression on me. There's even a beautiful courtyard at the entrance perfect for photos. Overall, a very satisfying experience, I highly recommend it to everyone!"
