"The hotel charged me extra for a room change due to their own problem…bad review. When I arrived that evening, I was told the room's air conditioning was faulty, and they gave me a small heater. I had a slight cold and had an exam the next day, so I asked if I could change to a room with air conditioning. They told me it would cost an extra 30 yuan because a standard room is more expensive than a double room, and the hotel didn't have any double rooms available. After a long argument, they finally agreed to change me…the service was terrible, and the experience was awful."
