Beidaihe Yuehua Hotel (Laohushi Seaside Park)

Seaside foraging tools all-inclusive: When I asked, I was told there weren't any included. You can rent them with a deposit. Pet park (indoor/outdoor access): Wasn't offered proactively. It's downstairs, but I only saw a few dogs, though I heard there were cats... Noise-canceling earplugs to block out city noise: Wasn't offered proactively, and I forgot to ask. Breakfast is 48, kids half price, customer complaints 19... Facilities: How do I put this? The toilet is smart, but the air conditioning isn't so smart. The remote buttons were unresponsive and really dirty, just like the TV remote – sticky! The outdoor AC unit was very loud. There's a balcony, but it connects to the next room, so security isn't great. No hand soap, just an unknown liquid that I didn't dare use. The room had a strong odor, and it's quite a distance from the beach. The upside is having McDonald's, KFC, and Mixue Ice Cream & Tea right downstairs. Also, regarding souvenirs, maybe because I booked a cheaper room, they said there weren't any. Oh, and it's not actually a Wanda Hotels property, so my membership card couldn't be used. From the original items in the room, it seems like Xuanhe Hotel just put up a Wanda sign.

The environment is amazing, super close to the beach, and there's free parking which is very convenient.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and the environment was superb – just a 200-meter walk from Tiger Stone Beach Park! There were plenty of restaurants nearby, so you could easily find a delicious breakfast!

Highly recommend the Beidaihe Wanda Yuehua Hotel! Located on the Russian-style street, it boasts a superb location, very close to Tiger Stone Beach, making for a pleasant evening stroll to the beach to watch the sunset. The rooms are impeccably clean, and the courtyard is quiet. The staff are attentive and friendly, especially towards foreign guests. With a restaurant and relaxation area, it's a comfortable place to rest after a day of sightseeing, making it a top choice for independent travelers!

I always stay at the Yuehua Hotel when I go to Beidaihe. The front desk service is very welcoming, the family rooms are perfect for families, and the outer buildings are more comfortable. It's very close to nearby shops and Tiger Rock, so you can take a stroll there after dinner. There's also an animal cafe in the courtyard where you can pet cats and dogs for free, and the raccoons and sea otters are especially fun.

The room was better than expected—clean and hygienic, and the service was excellent. The hotel's location is also great, right next to the park. The price was very reasonable during the May Day holiday; super affordable! I highly recommend it. The staff even gave us a small gift box of local specialties when we left.

First of all, it's definitely not a Wanda Group hotel! Don't be fooled by the name! At check-in, the front desk didn't say it was Building 3, so I assumed it was in one of the buildings. When I got upstairs, I found out my phone wouldn't open and I realized it was another room in the courtyard! The room was ridiculously small! And they dare call it a double room at this price! There were no slippers in the room; I had to ask for them via WeChat, and they didn't even deliver them—I had to go to the front desk myself! The soundproofing was extremely, extremely, extremely bad! There was constant noise from the next building's hallway opening and closing doors early in the morning! Absolutely terrible! Think twice before staying here!

Beidaihe is truly a treasure trove of a resort city. I remember it was the first seaside city I ever visited, and I've returned several times since, each time filled with surprises! This time, I was especially delighted with this accommodation. The cleanliness was impeccable; the floors, tables, and bathroom were all spotless and tidy. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. The service was attentive, prompt, and friendly. The surrounding area is well-equipped, making daily dining and shopping very convenient. Overall, it offers excellent value for money, and the stay was comfortable and reassuring. I would definitely consider returning for future trips.
