The hotel was warm and clean, and the staff were very friendly and attentive! Parking was convenient, and it's not far from Pigeon Island.

Although not far from the beach, it's still a bit of a distance, and there aren't many places to eat nearby, making dining inconvenient. Breakfast was rather average. The hotel itself is decent and relatively new.

The service at this hotel was disappointing. During my extended stay, they didn't even provide basic housekeeping, just offering bath towels and hand towels as a perfunctory service. The service standards were unacceptably low.

The small ramp at the entrance is decent, even though it's a bit out of the way. At least it addresses the needs of customers with luggage. It's better than nothing, what more could you ask for? The automatic door is great. It makes entering effortless. The room smelled of smoke, which was really uncomfortable. Even after spraying air freshener and opening the window for ventilation, the smell lingered. You could smell the smoke even while breathing in that room. I had a terrible nightmare lying in bed. The soundproofing was poor. I could clearly hear people talking in the hallway in the morning. The air conditioner was too loud, making it difficult to sleep at night. Other furniture and amenities were acceptable. The staff were friendly. There were some books to read. Overall, it's worth a try.

The lobby is clean and spacious, the rooms are spotless and odor-free, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent—I slept soundly until morning. The front desk service was warm and efficient, check-in was super fast, and they were very thoughtful in the details. The value for money is outstanding; I will definitely stay here again next time.
