The hotel's front desk staff, Lily Cai, was incredibly warm and attentive, especially with children. We've stayed here many times, and the experience is always fantastic. The hotel breakfast is delicious, and it's conveniently located for driving, very close to the city center. Highly recommend!

Facilities: The facilities are good, but the shower pressure is generally low and the water temperature fluctuates between hot and cold. Hygiene: Clean. Service: Excellent and enthusiastic. They even upgraded our room type. Environment: The hotel is located on Xingang Road and offers a parking lot with parking vouchers, making it very suitable for family trips.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! I had a lot of luggage and couldn't carry it all to my room at once, but the hotel provided a luggage cart which was super convenient. Cai *Hui at the front desk was very warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

The hotel facilities are complete, and the breakfast is plentiful. The only downside is that the soundproofing is a bit poor; the noise from cars downstairs and doors closing in adjacent rooms was a little disruptive. The room itself was spacious enough.
