I'm honestly surprised by all the positive reviews. I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was just too disappointing.
Our family was extremely unhappy with the apartment we were given, and we had a very uncomfortable stay. Almost everything seemed either unclean or not cleaned properly.
As soon as I checked in, I walked into the bathroom and the first thing I noticed was hair on the toilet seat. Looking around, I realized the entire bathroom was dirty. We couldn't even take a proper shower because it felt so unhygienic. It was obvious that the bathrooms hadn't been cleaned properly. The apartment had two bathrooms, and I only managed to take photos of one, but the other one was even dirtier.
The bedding was also poor quality. There were stains on the duvet, and the bed itself was uncomfortable to sleep on.
I'm very sensitive to noise when I sleep, and the air conditioner made a loud, strange noise throughout the night, making it difficult for me to get any rest.
Also, be aware that if you want to use the apartment's kitchen, you'll have to pay an additional fee. This wasn't something we expected.
This villa seriously needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality. Without that, it's simply a waste of money.
The location was okay, but it was a bit too far from everything, including convenience stores and the beach.
The only positive part of our stay was the staff, who were friendly and helpful. Also, allowed us to do late check-out.
And since the reception is located separately from the villas, they drove us to our accommodation in a small shuttle bus.
