The check-in process was quite cumbersome, and the air conditioning in the room was clearly not cooling effectively. There was no housekeeping service, and the shower used a water heater, meaning there was a waiting period before the second person could shower. The room also had a lot of insects. The butler service was decent and quite responsive, though delays might be due to the busy summer season. The room rate kept changing, and I wish I had known earlier to make this my last stop, as it would have saved a lot of money. Overall, it wasn't worth the price.

This guesthouse is severely lacking maintenance. The walls are moldy, the cabinets are fuzzy, the windows can't be opened, the toilet wobbles, the shower door won't close, and the shower drain is clogged. The bathroom in the second bedroom is locked and unusable. Almost all the amenities provided in the room are in a state of extreme disrepair. Furthermore, as a guesthouse renter, you don't have owner privileges. The shuttle bus costs 3 yuan per person, the swimming pool is 50 yuan per person, and while the cafeteria food is passable, the prices are shocking.

The location is close to the beach, and the community has good green landscaping. It takes about a fifteen-minute walk to eat out, and ordering takeout is also very convenient. We booked a two-bedroom stacked villa, with one bedroom on the first floor and another on the second. It also had a small yard, perfect for a family. You could even barbecue in the yard. It was quite close to the beach and the cafeteria. There were shuttle buses available within the resort, but they charged a fee. Guests are no longer allowed to ride electric tricycles; only owners can. You can eat at the owners' cafeteria, which makes dining more convenient. Just be careful not to leave anything behind when you check out, as the chances of getting lost items back are pretty low.

We initially booked a two-bedroom unit, but one bedroom was outdoors and the other indoors, which wasn't very convenient with two kids. The owner upgraded us for free since there was an available room. The location is great, very close to the beach, just a short walk away. It has a small courtyard for BBQ, and it's also very close to the market, about a 10-minute drive. You can get all your BBQ supplies there in one go. Highly recommend!
