The hotel's location is super convenient, with a supermarket and restaurants right downstairs. The room decor is very cozy, and the facilities are new and smart. We stayed for two nights with my parents and kids and it was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and they refilled dishes quickly. The waitresses were lovely and kind, and all the hotel staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. During the Spring Festival, there were lucky draws and intangible cultural heritage handicraft activities. I'll definitely choose Mercure Hotel again next time!

Every time I'm on a business trip, I stay here. The front desk staff are always so warm and friendly, and the breakfast is great too!

We're big fans of the Mercure brand, and this particular hotel absolutely lived up to our expectations, leaving a fantastic impression. Our room was spacious, bright, and well-equipped, with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast spread was extensive and offered a great variety. The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby for dining and retail therapy. The large Xinglong Guangyuan supermarket conveniently located right downstairs was a huge plus. Getting to tourist attractions by taxi was also straightforward. They even gave us a small snack pack when we checked out. What truly highlighted their exceptional service and trustworthiness was receiving a call after we'd left, informing us about forgotten items in the room. Even though they weren't ours, this honest gesture spoke volumes. Highly recommended!

Fresh fruit was provided in the room, and all the drinks in the minibar were complimentary. We even received a thoughtful souvenir upon departure, which was a very generous gesture. I'd happily return to this hotel.

I've stayed at this hotel in Qinhuangdao multiple times this summer. I originally thought about trying a different place, but after comparing, I consistently find this one the most comfortable. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that it's a bit far from the beach. However, getting around by taxi is very convenient, usually just a ten-minute ride. A Kudi Coffee shop conveniently located right downstairs is a nice bonus. The hotel staff are warm, attentive, and their attitudes are excellent. In all my visits, I've never encountered anyone who was unhelpful or just going through the motions. Even the cleaning staff are incredibly meticulous. The front desk staff are very accommodating and always try their best to meet guests' requests. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and my whole family is very happy with them. We'll definitely be back next time.

We called the front desk, and not only did she not refuse our request, but she actually managed to find some and personally delivered them to our room. This act of kindness deeply touched our entire family! The hotel's cleanliness, needless to say, was outstanding! The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, was very convenient to use. The room ventilation was also excellent, and I was so impressed by the cleanliness that I specifically looked for dust motes in the sunlight and found absolutely none. Behind the hotel, there's a large supermarket, making it incredibly convenient to pick up anything we needed. Choosing to stay at the University Town Mercure Hotel in Haigang District this time was definitely the right call. Getting a taxi to go anywhere was super convenient, and it even felt like tourists had priority! A big thumbs up to Qinhuangdao's cultural and tourism department! When traveling as a family, safety and comfort are paramount. We originally considered a guesthouse, but after weighing all factors, especially with a child, a hotel was definitely the better choice. Next time we visit Qinhuangdao, we will certainly head straight for Mercure again!

My child declared this hotel the best part of our trip! The facilities are excellent, everything is spotlessly clean, and we had a wonderfully comfortable stay. We were especially touched by the complimentary farewell gift upon check-out – the service was truly outstanding! The hotel's location is perfect, being close to Qinhuang Alley and Jinwan Beach, with taxis readily available. There's even a large supermarket nearby. Overall, we were incredibly satisfied! Personally, I found the experience here even better than at a Hilton. And having robots deliver takeout directly to the room? That definitely deserves a big thumbs-up!

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, offering easy access to Qinhuang Alley, Jinmeng Bay, the local Maoye Shopping Mall, and Qinhuangdao Station. Both the hotel staff and the breakfast were excellent. They even gave us a local souvenir when we checked out. I'm a big fan of this hotel. Having previously stayed at a Mercure in Guangzhou, I decided to book with them again for my trip to Qinhuangdao, and true to form, it didn't disappoint. The rooms were spotless, the service was excellent, and it's conveniently located close to all the sights we wanted to see. The robot delivery service was a huge hit with the children. It's clean and tidy, features an electric bidet toilet, the AC is quiet, and the soundproofing is also good. Complimentary bottled water is available at the front desk. I loved that breakfast ran until 10:30 AM, and the spread was rich and varied. During check-out, the staff member was incredibly thoughtful and gentle, smiling throughout. I felt genuinely cared for, and she even gave my son a lovely gift – truly wonderful! I will definitely choose Mercure again for my next visit.
