"I stayed on the 19th floor, the highest level, in a sea-view room✌️. It's directly opposite Jinmenghaiwan Beach, so you just cross the road to reach the sea. In about 3 minutes, you can be on the sand, perfect for a walk or collecting shells. You can catch the sunrise over the ocean directly from the room in the morning, and the sunset over the 'Orange Sea' offers an absolutely stunning view☀️. The hotel is conveniently located just 200 meters' walk from Xin'ao Underwater World. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to Xi Port Garden and 8 minutes to Maoye Tiandi Seafood Stall for dining and sightseeing – a one-stop shop!👍 There's ample parking right outside the hotel, making it very car-friendly, and they even have charging stations for electric vehicles. If you don't drive, it's easy to get a taxi to Pigeon Nest Park and Shanhaiguan. The room features Hilton's exclusive Serta mattress, which is perfectly balanced in terms of softness and firmness, ensuring a very comfortable rest after a long day of sightseeing. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the quality of the Peter Thomas Roth toiletries and Kohler fixtures is excellent. Breakfast is lavish, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western options. The freshly made seafood noodles and mackerel dumplings are local specialties. Desserts, fruits, and hot dishes are constantly refilled. My only complaint is that it gets a bit crowded."

The location is also excellent, only about 100 metres from the beach. The nearby beach has many activities and is very lively. The hotel also has parking, and the staff helped me arrange everything related to the car. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. She even thoughtfully upgraded us to a room that my child loved. Her service throughout was sincere and heartfelt, a refreshing change from the usual perfunctory service I've experienced at other hotels. It was truly heartwarming, and I'd definitely want Anna to assist me again on my next visit."

"1. Waited two hours to check in. 2. I had specifically requested a high-floor, sea-facing room in advance through the platform and directly with the hotel. However, I was given a city-view room with a partial sea view. After multiple negotiations, they finally moved me to a lower-floor sea-view room. What was the point of my prior request then? The front desk staff's service was quite subpar, making me wait 'another 10 minutes, then another 10 minutes.' 3. I repeatedly asked for an extra duvet, but the hotel surprisingly couldn't provide one. This is truly speechless; a star-rated hotel unable to provide an extra duvet is unbelievable. 4. Be careful with the chairs on the balcony; don't lean back too far as they can easily tip over."

"Came to Aranya with a friend and chose this hotel. It's not inside the resort but very close, only a few minutes' drive away. The hotel offers free parking. We arrived quite early, and the front desk not only helped us check in ahead of time but also upgraded our room. The room was very comfortable and suitable for a longer stay. Plus, the breakfast was excellent. It's a shame the pool wasn't open yet, otherwise, we would have loved to try it out."

Surrounding the hotel are numerous supermarkets and restaurants, and it's easy to find whether you're taking a taxi or driving, with plenty of parking spots available, making it completely hassle-free for family trips. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was neat and odorless, and even the corners were meticulously cleaned. All in-room amenities were comprehensive, with the air conditioning and water heater working smoothly. Toiletries and small appliances were all provided, practical for both drying clothes and daily living. The room was bright and airy, allowing the sea breeze in with an open window. The environment was quiet and peaceful, ensuring a sound and restful night's sleep. The staff were attentive and enthusiastic, check-in was efficient, and they responded promptly to any issues. The value for money is great, making it suitable for both family vacations and trips with friends. I will definitely prioritize staying here again on my next beach visit, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone planning a trip."

The room is not too big, and the layout design is okay, but not very practical. The sanitation cleaning is not very detailed, and long hair can be seen in several places. The bedding is good, with a blanket to cover it. The welcome fruit is quite considerate. The second floor of the hotel is a foot bath and leisure place, and the floors above the second floor are hotel guest rooms, which are interconnected. It is recommended to set up isolation in the walking stairwell, implement ladder control, and ensure the independence of the guest room area. I am not very familiar with the front desk business, but fortunately the front desk manager is an expert. The check-in and check-out operations take a long time. The drainage design of the room bathing area is unreasonable, which is N times slower than the water outlet. In addition, there is no threshold, so a large amount of water will overflow to the outside, increasing the risk of slippery. The rest is pretty good and I recommend it."
