The room had a nice sea view and good soundproofing, but it got quite hot in the summer. One night, the power went out, and the air conditioning stopped working, waking me up from the heat. I called the front desk, and they said it was a problem with the power company, and their service was terrible. They told me to call 95588 instead of them, completely shifting the blame to the power company. They only cut power to some rooms, but the hallway lights were still on. It's ridiculous! 😤😤 Does the power company expect to run two different power lines to a hotel?! (The picture shows the room was unbearably hot in the middle of the night, the air conditioning was off, but the hallway lights were still on.)

第一：價格高，服務差。定的雙床房，已提前告知兩大一小，入住發現衹有兩個枕頭，向商家要枕頭，生硬的回答沒有。晚上電視又看不起，商家一樣態度惡劣的説，就這樣，沒有辦法。第二：樓下商家自己開的餐館，價格高，同樣的龍蝦，他家要238一斤，走五十米的一家衹要180一斤，千萬不要在他家吃東西。第三：房間東西壞的多，設施配備不全，東西老化嚴重。第四：雖然有個大陽台，但是空調外機就放在陽台，熱氣騰騰，陽台的意義何在，看風景的心情都沒有了。第五：這麼高的價格，沒有電梯，上五樓，旅行箱等東西搬動起來很累，店裡的服務人員沒有一個會幫你搬運，可笑的是二樓是他們自己住的地方，倒是會選地方😧
