The location is easy to find, the service is good, and the owner is also very nice. However, the cleanliness needs to be improved. The pillow smelled of sweat. I changed the pillowcase twice, but the smell was still there. Also, someone kept waking up in the parking lot that day, and the alarm kept going off every half an hour or so, which kept me awake until after 4 am. Also, this is an old hotel, and the facilities are still not good.

Plenty of hot water, inconvenient to eat around, relatively remote location, convenient parking, only one pillow, curtains with a big hole and not changed, sloppy hygiene, disposable paper cups, not cost-effective

老舊，房間裏面一進去就有股怪味。我衹在欽州待了一晚不瞭解這邊市場價格，但是同樣是淡季，一百多塊/晚的價錢，我可以在大理和重慶這種城市都住到好得多的酒店。聊以慰藉的是欽州衹是我的中轉站，東興和北海玩起來吃起來都不錯！

空間大，設備齊全。

非常滿意，價格合理，酒店交通便利，出門兩百米有個公交車站，工作人員很禮貌很熱情，房間也乾淨衞生，還有自助洗衣很不錯

房間超大空間寬敞，前台服務人員態度非常好

房間乾淨整潔舒適，睡覺特舒服，房間很大，前台小姐姐也很熱情好客，周邊美食配套齊全，距離大型商場很近，值得推薦！

衞生：洗衣機洗出來的衣服，被沾上不明物質，有點噁心，所以洗衣機的衞生太不好，還有馬桶，我在上廁所的時候看到了一個蟑螂仔，也有點噁心到我了，所以整體來説，衞生做得有點差吧，特別是洗衣機沒有定期清洗。

地理位置挺好的，環境也還不錯，就是這個設施特別不好，首先是廁所裏放抽紙的是壞的，一碰就掉，其次最令人糟心的就是這個熱水，並不是24小時提供熱水，剛入住下午五點想洗個澡都沒熱水，説是儲水小，天氣冷，人多，所以沒熱水，那為什麼不提前告知呢，我入住前就應該告知熱水可能沒這麼充足吧，下午五點沒熱水，晚上玩回來十一點也沒熱水，真的不知道説什麼，體驗非常不好
