入住後，發現衞生間馬桶堵塞，求助店方，店方衹提供疏通工具，居然要求由客人自己疏通馬桶，客人是女士，結果馬桶糞水溢滿流出滿地，當晚全屋糞臭，無法入睡。翌日一早向前台反映，樓下餐廳蚊帳內有一值班人員以客人自己使用不當造成堵塞為由，反過來指責客人。馬桶堵塞要客人自己疏通，客人不慎遺留的衣服至今也沒通知，無語，沒見過這樣的服務質量。
