We really enjoyed our stay at Bo’ao State Guesthouse. Friendly employees, clean and beautifully designed and welcoming! We felt we were in a lavish hotel. Our room was spacious and provided things like a dehumidifier (which is important as we advance toward summer here on Hainan). My husband really liked the large bathtub. The breakfast was so good! Large assortment of food to enjoy eat!

The hotel is nice but a little jaded. The upgraded room has musty smell, probably because of the low season and air conditioners are shut down when there's no occupancy.

到了酒店辦理入住前台直接給升級了主樓的套房，一進房間可以説是超過預期不止一點點，酒店的服務也不錯，因為是政府接待入住多，所以無論從服務環境各方面都很好，早上吃完早餐在草坪轉一轉 回來坐在大堂吧休息，得到了黃修妹的熱情服務，離店時充電器落在房間，沒幾分鐘就來電話聯繫，響應很快，説明客人離開房間打掃很及時，整體服務很滿意，以後再來博鰲首選國賓館！
