There are 2 areas that could be improved. First, the air circulation in the hallways outside the guest rooms felt quite stuffed and lacking in ventilation. Second, the breakfast selection and quality could be elevated to better match the rest of the hotel experience.

My family and I booked two rooms. My 87-year-old mother suddenly fell ill after arriving in Haikou on June 14th, so we were unable to check into your hotel as planned. We stayed with her in Haikou until June 18th, and then flew directly back to Singapore. Trip.com only processed a refund for one room. Could you please let me know if the other room is also eligible for a refund?

This hotel in Hainan exceeded my expectations. Its location is excellent, close to all the great food spots I wanted to try. The price was also reasonable, and it was even more comfortable than some chain hotels I've stayed in. 1. The room was spacious, well-laid out, and very clean. 2. There were hand towels by the sink, so I didn't have to go all the way to the room for tissues. 3. They provided a shower cap and conditioner, which was a nice female-friendly touch. 4. The tissues were thick and high quality. 5. The restaurant on the second floor offered discount vouchers. The plum lemon tea was delicious, and the roasted pigeon and stir-fried choy sum were also very good. 6. It's a standalone hotel, which felt very secure. 7. Plenty of parking available.

Located in the heart of Qionghai, the front desk service was pretty good. When traveling in Hainan, you shouldn't expect too much from the service overall, except for a very few high-end hotels. For a hotel of this caliber and value for money, I was quite satisfied with this level of service. The value for money is definitely good.

Great location with walking distance to streets with famous Hainan Grain (Za Liang) desserts and shops, good services and very clean and comfy rooms. Room comes with books about Qiong Hai, and also tea set if you would like to brew your own Chinese Tea. It has great selection of breakfast buffet. The milk tea is silky and delicious. Shared laundry and you can request for help from staff to help out if they are available. I wished this hotel comes with own laundry so I don't need to wait in line. Highly recommended to families.

The room was spacious and very clean, and the location was excellent. Zaoliang Street is right next door, so we were able to grab some late-night snacks even when we arrived after 9 PM. Most importantly, the front desk service was fantastic. If you're not looking to stay right by the beach, this hotel offers great value for money.

Traveling with my entire family, including the elderly and children, during Chinese New Year, we made a spontaneous stopover in Qionghai and randomly picked this hotel in the middle of the night. It turned out to be surprisingly good – absolutely the best value for money! The front desk staff was also incredibly thoughtful and even gave us a complimentary breakfast. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, everything tasted delicious, especially the milk tea, which was even better than what you'd find in a tea restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'd definitely choose this hotel.

The hotel room facilities are great and offer excellent value for money. My kids loved it during our family trip. I highly recommend the restaurant on the second floor!

There are lots of eateries just behind the hotel. You can get fruits coffee easily. Lots to explore around the hotel.
