I live in a parent-child room with internal windows. Those who have requirements for air quality are not recommended to stay. Due to the internal windows, the sound insulation is poor, and people in the aisle can hear clearly at night. It is estimated that there is a KTV nearby and there is a sound before twelve o'clock. The room is divided into two floors. The upper floor is tatami mats, and the lower floor is a large bed, but the bathroom is very small and there is no towel rack. There is no place to put bath towels after taking a shower. Only the stair railings and the washbasin are included. I couldn't put the toiletry bag, and there was no coffee table, desk, wine cabinet, etc., and I didn't have a console to wear OK glasses for my child, so I just gave up. The breakfast was okay, it could meet the basic requirements, and the service was okay. I asked for an extra quilt cover, which was delivered soon.

It was not a very pleasant experience. First of all, the location was not easy to find. After looking for a long time, it was not ”Yuanshangyuan” at all but another hotel. Parking can only be parked in the back area at your own expense! There was only one person at the front desk, and the attitude was good. However, after entering the room, I found that there was no hot water in the room. I thought it was a problem with our room. The parents' room next door was also the same without hot water. Check in around 15:00, 17:00 The child had a severe fever, so he was going to check out and discussed with the front desk to refund part of the fee. The front desk said that we could only ask for Ctrip. Later, we thought it would not be troublesome and wanted to discuss with the store with friends to live in. The store agreed to change but refused to help us simply clean up. Room, it means that we haven't checked out yet, can't we call room service before checking out? So we finally decided not to let friends live in and refunded directly. I don’t know if it’s because such an episode shop directly refused our request to refund part of the fee. We also said that we used the room items and we didn’t ask for the full refund. This is the reason. It's too far-fetched!
