特別差的酒店，9點早餐結束，八點半就什麼都沒有了，麪條也不能煮了，説水不開了，這個早餐要是不能做，就別開了行麼？服務這麼差，有什麼意義麼？有服務員看見我拍照了，趕緊又切了一根香腸，真是太搞笑了。差評再也不會去住了。煮麪的那個大叔，和他説五遍，都不帶回一句的，這樣還做服務？？？？？

優點：位置好，周圍有飛鶴牧場的店，吃飯也方便，烤肉店很多。
缺點：四星的價格，招待所的設施，第一個房間衞生間漏水，第二個房間床單有污漬，沒有擦手的小毛巾，衹有浴巾和擦臉毛巾，沒有浴帽，兩個房間衣架都有壞的，跟前台再要了倆衣架送來的就是簡易的鐵衣架。衞生間沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡馬桶上全是水了。衞生間會高出一塊，開始不熟悉時會絆一跤。

酒店地理位置優越，晚9點多雖然客人多，但前台接待小姐和藹可親，還要特別感謝次日早餐廳門口簽到早餐卡的小姐，應該是餐廳管理人員吧，由於在額爾古納草原雪地滑了一下，腳腫想看醫院，該小姐介紹齊齊哈爾骨科的專業醫院，讓我及時拍片第一時間得到治療，非常感謝👍能有這樣的酒店人點贊👍

訂的是豪華標準間，開門見滿堂落地玻璃窗，城市夜景映入眼簾，不錯，價格合理，衹是入住的時候剛好遇上兩個旅行團隨後湧入，服務員明知道我先來也示意我稍後給我辦，這個我也理解，這幾十個人擁擠着服務枱我做都煩啦，儘快先發房卡散去人羣。第一次來齊齊哈爾，服務員介紹了扎龍和沙龍，第二天早上退房直奔扎龍自然保護區，丹頂鶴好好，多謝介紹本地情況。房間乾淨整潔舒適明亮。我會介紹朋友選擇這裏
