"Stayed in this hotel for a few days and the overall experience was mixed. First of all, the front desk service is very considerate, whether it is check-in or check-out, it provides very professional and meticulous help. The hotel also has abundant supplies and complete facilities, making people feel comfortable. However, the restaurant's service and food quality could be improved. At breakfast, I asked if I could have boiled noodles, but was served a huge bowl of plain noodles with almost no flavor and a somewhat rough broth. When I was using the coffee machine, I found that the outlet was blocked and liquid splashed everywhere. After I reported this to the service staff, they said they were not familiar with the operation of the coffee machine and the problem was not solved in a timely manner. Moreover, the hygiene of the tableware is also worrying. I noticed stubborn stains on a few coffee mugs, and multiple mugs had similar issues. The most disappointing thing was that on the third day the problem with the coffee machine was still not resolved which affected my breakfast experience. In general, the hotel still has a lot of room for improvement in service details, especially in catering. If the catering quality and facility maintenance can be improved, I believe it will be a better choice."

What kind of service is this front desk providing? They just answered my questions and that was it! The toilet had yellow stains, and the air conditioning at 29 degrees Celsius wasn't working properly; I caught a cold from the cold."

"During the National Day holiday, I brought my family and child to Qiqihar and chose the Wanda Realm Hotel. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The shopping area next to the hotel is well-equipped, making shopping very convenient. The personal butler was wonderful, with top-notch service. The one-stop service was very thoughtful. They pre-registered our license plate number, provided detailed parking directions, and updated us on local weather conditions. Their 24-hour responsiveness made us feel very well taken care of. The check-in experience was great, and the hotel facilities were excellent, with touches reflecting the local Zhalong Wetland's unique character throughout. The lobby even had a souvenir shop with a wide variety of choices, including cute fridge magnets, Feihe dairy products, and other Northeast specialties. The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich, well-balanced, and featured local delicacies. Thumbs up to the hotel! I hope it continues to improve."

"We took our family on a road trip and stayed in guesthouses and hotels for over 10 days. This hotel was the worst one we've ever had! The air conditioning was practically useless; the room was like a sauna. We had to open the window around 1 a.m. to barely get any sleep. The receptionist (who was overweight) acted like we owed her millions, barely acknowledging our needs and always glued to her phone, seemingly without any important business to attend to. The room facilities were extremely poorly designed: the bathtub was very unsafe for the elderly, making it easy to slip and fall; the trash can was too small; and the toilet flushing was too loud. The hotel deposit was only 200 yuan, a ten-year-old system – hopefully they've updated it! There were even stains on the sheets!"
