The hotel is in a very convenient location, just a few minutes' walk from the shuttle bus to Zhalong Scenic Area, very close to the night market and Fatty Fu. There is a supermarket, coffee and KFC opposite, and a pub nearby, which is very convenient. There is also airport pick-up and drop-off service, souvenirs when you leave the hotel, and fresh fruits delivered every day. I am very satisfied."

There were USB charging ports and a nightlight by the bedside, and the aromatherapy scent was wonderful. Even the toiletries were naturally scented and smelled amazing. The soundproofing was excellent; at night, it was so quiet you could only hear your own breathing. The freshly made steamed egg custard for breakfast was incredibly good value. This hotel is already on my list of regular stays!"

"I like staying in newly renovated hotels, so I chose this one in Qiqihar. Everything was good, but the service really needs improvement. While waiting for breakfast and coffee, a staff member who seemed to be the restaurant manager started pressing the X buttons on the coffee machine non-stop without saying a word, unaware that I had offended a mute person. When I asked what was wrong, the person arrogantly said they only had Americanos and espressos, and then continued pressing the X buttons. I was speechless."

The front desk staff were patient and friendly, handling check-in and check-out efficiently. Any requests were dealt with quickly. The hot water was consistent, and the Wi-Fi was fast. For this price, the amenities are incredible value for money. I'll definitely be staying here again next time!"

"I mainly want to talk about the bathroom. The shower area used to be separated into dry and wet areas, but I think they removed it later. The plastic table underneath was not removed, resulting in a very poor drainage system. The water can't be drained out after one person takes a shower. The toilet paper is even worse, the worst kind. They even used tape to stick a small plastic basket for the shower... I don't know what's on the living room ceiling... Not recommended."

The light in the room had a single switch and there was only one switch at the door. The drain in the toilet was blocked and water didn't flow when I took a shower. It was terrible and a complete scam."
