強烈呼籲避雷這家酒店，如果愛看臉色，有受虐傾向，不怕渾身癢到睡不着覺的可以來試試！簡單説下我的入住經歷臨時起意在淡季來普者黑自駕遊，連夜定了兩晚這家民宿，因為在平台是鉑金會員等級，預訂價格比較優惠，到店後老闆娘一臉不悦的問我定的價格這麼低😔原本會員含的早餐也被否認搞的像在乞討！全程黑臉，説次日早餐會送到房間，第二天送來全部是涼透的，根本沒法吃）自己掛的平台價格幹嘛遷怒於住客，又不是白*或者薅羊毛！第二天阿姨打掃衞生，用完的洗髮水不給補（因為是歐舒丹的）自己要控成本，就不要在那裡裝高大上。問前台妹妹，説給拿的話怕老闆娘罵人🤬真棒啊。我想請問如果第2天不是連住，其他的客人，你們也不放基本的洗護用品嗎？礦泉水一天兩個人衹能喝三瓶。超出的要開單付錢，住這麼久的酒店，第一次遇到！#衞生再來，衞生方面：從第1天入住，我跟老公兩個人接觸到床品就全部渾身癢癢的，洗了頭髮頭跟後脖子那還是癢，撓的一宿睡不着，剛開始還以為是偶然，因為結果第2天也是。所以才需要每天都重新洗頭）洗澡水忽冷忽熱，很影響體驗感！總結就是老闆娘根本不懂啥叫服務，又想玩品質又不想付出，對於住客而言就是花錢受氣看臉色'

非常好的一個酒店，裝修精美，房間大，乾淨衞生。庭院喝茶聊天方便舒心。因為沒有早餐，和老闆娘説了之後特別安排了早餐。是一個温馨上檔次的民宿。

帶父母親戚自駕遊雲南，這是我們10天以來雲南碰到住的最好的一家，大家都很滿意！來旅遊住的舒服很重要，這家的住宿體驗甚至超過了很多七八百的民宿，特別是細節做的很好。洗護一套用的是歐舒丹，牙刷是竹柄好用的，從窗簾到馬桶都是智能款的，床品很舒服，服務人員無論什麼時候都能服務到位，公共區域可以泡茶聊天。一大早7點走趕着回昆明，早餐供應是8點，特地早起給我們單獨做送到房間，原本溝通簡化成牛奶就行，最後為了我們能吃口熱的，還是給我們煮了粥，特別驚喜！大早上能吃口熱的，長輩們在路上一直誇，下次荷花開了打算再住他們家😘建議房間多配幾個衣架，簡單換洗的衣服可以晾曬。

第一次來普者黑，強烈推薦這個民宿，停車很方便，裝修清雅，前台小姑娘細心熱情，房間也很棒，有大大的陽台，可以坐在陽台看日落。房間設施都是智能控制，體驗感不錯哦！
