The setting is beyond reproach. After the sunny car park and the superb reception, the sumptuously decorated room had many more surprises in store for us. The room, with its remote-controlled air-conditioning and plug-in TV, offered a magnificent view of the garden and pool. However, there was no electricity and the key was delivered without a card or stick, which led to a request to reception. Dinner, served in a simple white room almost half an hour late, was still excellent. For a 4-star hotel, the absence of salt and pepper on the table was surprising. Similarly, a single bath towel must have been enough for three people. The biggest plus was the variety of food for breakfast.

Situated in the classy 'scumville' area of the town, the hotel nestles comfortably in a run-down industrial estate. Car parking is a delightful sub-basement which doubles as a building supplies store and public toilet, secured with a gate made of the finest air. The room featured a number of blown lightbulbs, and an aromatic bathroom whose odour was redolent with the perfumes of open drains and organic decomposition. The wi-fi was free - so free, in fact, that it had escaped to some far corner of the building leaving us with nothing but 'unable to connect' messages. Upon arrival, when enquiring about food, we were told that there was a pizzeria across the road. Highly recommended as a place to stay if the local crack-den has just been raided.

Beautiful location and rooms, especially the new one on the pool ... abundant and quality food (meat and especially fish), always top recommended entertainment ... Staff (under the guidance of Marco) and management available and ready to help fulfill every request expressed ... We go there often because it deserves … recommended !!!

Beautiful swimming pool and very nice place where the hotel is located, I recommend the countryside, the river opens the Argon and the water flows through the streets. puts in a good mood ideal for young people, children and families.. 4 stars? two were even too much… poor quality rooms, mold all over the room and in the bathroom, there wasn't a covering curtain as my room was all glass overlooking the pool, I asked reception if they could put something up but nothing I had to fix myself with the duvet on the bed, already with the duvet because in June there was his own on the bed, furniture from the 1900s, the door that opened by itself, but not for home automation but rather because it was broken ... to take a shower you had to climb over the bidet if the hot water arrived… for the restaurant let's leave it alone better go to Mc Donald's

Abbiamo cenato in questo hotel in occasione di una festa di compleanno. Cibo buono e abbondante (aperitivo, antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce). Personale gentile e disponibile. E' stato piacevole fare l'aperitivo a bordo piscina. Sala e toilette pulite.

Innanzitutto sembra cadere a pezzi, una intonacata la darei. Servizio clientela sufficiente. Deludente i prezzi della piscina in quanto esagerati per la pulizia e l'efficienza che offrono. Sarebbe un vero gioiellino, ma c'è tanto da lavorare... peccato.
