Vienna Hotel (Quanzhou Xihugongyuan Xijie Hotel) Reviews

This hotel is a definite five-star! The location is fantastic, very close to West Lake, and right next to the Minnan-Taiwan Kinship Museum. We were less than two kilometers from West Street and other attractions. The hotel itself is spacious, and the rooms are spotless. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful; they even offered me a razor when they noticed my beard was a bit long! Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, especially the noodle paste with generous toppings.

Facilities: We stayed in a split-level suite, which was very comfortable for our family of three. It had a sofa, a desk, and even an automatic mahjong table. There were two bathrooms in total, one upstairs and one downstairs, with the upstairs bathroom having a shower. Cleanliness: The place was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. Environment: The hotel is right next to West Lake Park, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with beautiful surroundings. Service: The service was warm and attentive; they were always happy to help with anything we needed and even included a complimentary breakfast for one day. Highly recommend! 👍

The service was excellent, and they even included three days of breakfast. The location is also very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time, highly recommended!

The environment was quite clean, and the room was spacious. Supplies were replenished very quickly. The front desk even gave us three-day breakfast vouchers. However, the air conditioning in the room couldn't cool.

Clean, tidy, and quiet. It's close to West Lake Park, which is great for a morning stroll.

We checked in that night. It was very close to the Puppet Theater. The room was upgraded to a king-size bed, which was very comfortable. The bathroom had a nice dry and wet separation, and there was a pick-up service from Quanzhou Station, which was very thoughtful. The overall environment was good, and the facilities were quite complete.

The front desk service is also very good and enthusiastic, the hotel environment is very clean and sanitary, the breakfast is also rich, the surrounding transportation is convenient, it is close to Yuan Temple, West Street, and the museum, and it is also very quiet at night.
