Crowne Plaza QUANZHOU RIVERVIEW by IHG

The hotel has a fantastic location, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. One of the handsome young guys at the front desk was extremely warm and attentive, providing patient and meticulous service. Our baby loved him too.

The room is exceptionally spacious, clean, and well-maintained with new facilities. Kyrie provided great service.

Trip to Quanzhou ~ I brought my family and chose the Crowne Plaza QUANZHOU RIVERVIEW by IHG. The hotel facilities are all very new, the guest rooms are spacious, clean, and tidy, the breakfast is abundant, and the lobby bar has a great atmosphere. I would also like to give a special shoutout to Mr. One at the front desk for his service during this stay. He specifically asked about our preferences prior to check-in and gave us a free room upgrade upon arrival, which was extremely thoughtful and attentive. I will definitely choose this hotel again for its wonderful environment and excellent service next time.

The overall condition of the room was quite good, but the overhead shower in the bathroom had a rather weak water flow and needs regular maintenance. The buffet dinner and breakfast on the first floor were excellent. During both meals, Mr. Bao, a restaurant staff member, provided warm and attentive service. A big thank you to him! I will definitely choose to stay at Crowne Plaza QUANZHOU RIVERVIEW by IHG again next time I visit Quanzhou.

The young man named ONE provided exceptional service. He came down to ask if we needed any bottled water for the road. The overall service was fantastic, and I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next business trip to Quanzhou.

The hotel as a whole is quiet and elegant, and the room cleanliness is impeccable. The staff provide warm service with a friendly and efficient approach. Transportation around the area is very convenient. Whether you're out sightseeing or just looking for a relaxing getaway, it's a great choice and a real highlight of the trip.

The location isn't particularly close to tourist attractions, but the room size is decent. The executive lounge on the top floor offers a good variety of food and nice views. However, there's a significant price hike during holidays. We received a welcome gift upon check-in.

The room was extremely spacious with an extra-large bed, making it perfect for families traveling with kids. The breakfast had a great variety, and the misua paste (mianxian gu) was delicious. We even got to watch a traditional puppet show at the hotel in the morning. It's a short drive to attractions like Kaiyuan Temple. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely consider coming back next time.

Stopped here on a road trip. The hotel is quite well-maintained, and the front desk staff were very warm and even prepared a small welcome gift for us. The bedding was comfortable—which is very important—and the pillows were great too. Parking was also very convenient.
