I upgraded the king-size bed room I booked. The room has floor-to-ceiling windows, a wide view, and is very comfortable. The room is a regular rectangle. When I went to the restaurant for breakfast, the staff would say hello! The aunt at the open stall added a lot of dishes to me, and I ate very full. Whatever I needed was provided in time. During my stay, I borrowed a nail clipper, which was delivered in time. I felt that the overall service was quite good. When I checked out, I waited for the car in the lobby and sat for a while. The staff poured tea. From the greetings at check-in, a cup of tea, I felt very warm! I will stay at this hotel again on business trips in the future.

Very well located new hotel. Within walking distance to some tourist attractions. Clean room. The room was a bit small. Lack of space for hanging clothes. The current provision of clothes hangers over the toilet bowl is NOT ACCEPTABLE AND Unhygienic. The biggest disappointment was the bed which was ROCK HARD 😭. VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 🥵 This is because the bed is only the base without a mattress on top. ????? Customer service was very good. Special thanks to Mr Han and Ms Zeng for providing great assistance to us.

I checked in with my daughter and sister from the 20th to the 24th December 2024 and we had a wonderful experience! The hotel is very new, and the 2 rooms are impressively spacious, providing great comfort throughout our stay. The location, though not accessible by large vehicles, is well-served by convenient smaller vehicles called ”xiao bai,” which made getting around a breeze. This thoughtful arrangement added to the charm of the place. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast. As someone from Singapore, I was thrilled to find my hometown breakfast featured alongside Quanzhou cuisine. The fusion of flavors was delightful, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Zhuang Zhuang for going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. I was so confused looking for hotels in the ancient city that I finally booked this one, which is also recommended by Quanzhou Culture and Tourism. The housekeeper contacted me on WeChat the day before check-in and sent me a transportation guide, as well as travel and food guides, which was very considerate. The room was clean and tidy without any odor. The pillows were soft and hard to choose from, and the mattress was very comfortable. The door was a password lock, so it was very convenient to go out without a room card. The East and West Towers of Kaiyuan Temple can be seen on the rooftop, and the view is very good. The most rare thing is that although the room is on the first floor facing the alley, the sound insulation is very good. I usually have a light sleep, but I didn't hear any noise from outside after sleeping all night, which is very awesome.
