I cant fault the cleanliness of this place, it is very clean and cleaned everyday. The breakfast is better than pretty much ALL three star hotels i have stayed in. The only slightly negative is the distance to the city center. But the hotel has a mini bus service that goes in four times a day and returns four times also (naturally enough). I would stay here again as i got a good price for my stay.

The stay was great, but to have been perfect, the bicycles should have been available for use, and there should have been entertainment and karakoe to liven things up (as advertised in the hotel's description), because there wasn't any. The dinner menu could have been more varied, but the welcome was good, the cleanliness was good, and the entire staff was pleasant and helpful. 😊 The only very unpleasant issue, which remains unresolved, was with the booking intermediary (Trip.com). When applying the customer discount to the reservation (via the app), they only allocated 1px to the reservation, and then I had to pay an additional R$338.00 directly to the hotel, still without a refund or response to the complaint. 😞

We stayed for two nights and were quite disappointed with the price we paid, considering it was a 3-star hotel, with bed and breakfast included. The first night we arrived, the power went out in our room for a few hours. We also found ants in the bedroom and bathroom. We decided to sleep in, as we arrived late. The second night, when we entered the room, we were surprised by ants on the bed, baseboards, towels, and walls. We requested a solution, and they offered us another room. In this room, we also found ants, although in smaller numbers. Furthermore, the beds (two single beds) slid across the floor with little movement (sitting or lying down). The breakfast is basic (we also found an ant in the cheese). We understand that, since the hotel is near pine forests, this type of insect is more likely to be found, but the number we encountered is unjustifiable. The price/quality ratio is very poor.

We received a free room upgrade, which was really nice. Dinner didn't have many options, but the quality was high. The breakfast was very good. The hotel was very close to Aquashow, which we walked to. The hotel also offered a shuttle to downtown Quarteira so we could enjoy the beach and town, which was very convenient. The shuttle driver was also a very friendly gentleman.
