Staff Cooperation and Service: Staff are generally described as cooperative, friendly, and attentive, particularly in accommodating special requests such as dietary needs, additional bedding, and assistance with event arrangements. Their willingness to assist contributes positively to guest satisfaction.

Please do not book at this hotel. They are robbers do not part with any money until you see your room. Online it showed nice rooms, pool, spa, wellness center and others. I arrived tired and they told me that they had no pool spa or wellness center. I asked to leave and they said that I needed to pay because my reservation was confirmed. I asked if I could rest first then call the travel agent to sort things out. They refused and said i had to pay. I paid and when I went to see them the next day to cancel the room they refused. My room had mould in the roof and bathroom. Ants and cockroach was in the bathroom as well. I reported all of this and they still wouldn't refund me. You are miles away from the beach and just stuck in the city. They eventually offered me 50% back off a 10 day stay that I had remaining. I had already stayed 4 days trying to sort things out. I've done nothing in that time because I've been too stressed out. I eventually called the police who told them to call the manager to come and sort it out. The manager never arrived and said he would come the following day. Leaving me waiting all day. Please avoid these thieves it's been absolutely hell. This was a dream holiday and has been spoiled by them.

The food it's not bad, too oily though , some places were dirty but the worse of all unfortunately the staff lack of manners, specifically when its about the food . It was supposed to be a great hotel and yet its not,very very disappointing
