Really great location. Also has a city indoor parking a few steps away, so this makes it a really good add-on if needed.

The hotel's location is excellent, with all the trendy restaurants right at its doorstep, making it incredibly convenient. However, there's absolutely no staff service; it's entirely self-service. We stayed for two nights and our room wasn't cleaned. When we ran out of towels and toiletries, we had to go to the hotel basement to retrieve them ourselves. On a positive note, I really appreciated the keyless entry/exit system using a password, which meant no need to carry a physical key. A significant downside was the hotel's parking, which was extremely hard to find, tucked away down a tiny, obscure alleyway. It was a 5-minute walk from there to the hotel, and the parking fees were exorbitant! Compounding the issue, the hotel doesn't have an elevator. We had to lug our very large suitcases all the way up to the 4th floor, which was utterly exhausting.

Good Location

It was clean, had plenty of free amenities, and even had a shared kitchen – absolutely perfect! ✨✨ The surrounding area was safe even walking around at night, and it was only about a 5-minute walk from the city center, so the location was fantastic. ☺️ The only time I checked in, I had to call from the machine at the entrance to get the number, but the call connected immediately and they explained everything clearly. Afterwards, they also sent me the details of the call via email, so I didn't miss anything. 👍 They let me leave my luggage behind the front desk. There wasn't anyone there, but there were security cameras, so it felt safe. It was also convenient that I could use the toilets in the basement after checking out.

The hotel's antique-style interior added to the cozy atmosphere. At check-in, the late check-in time allowed for a self-service check-in using the code sent to us. While there was a live-in attendant at check-out, no special check-out procedures were required. Its proximity to a major street made it a great location for exploring the surrounding area. My flight was delayed, so I was able to store my luggage, making it a convenient option for my return. Thank you.

The hotel's convenient location and numerous nearby restaurants meant I had no trouble finding breakfast or dinner. I was also able to stay there with peace of mind, even though I was traveling alone. While I didn't receive prior notification of login instructions and had to call to confirm, they responded promptly.

I called the unmanned front desk and the staff answered right away. They were very kind and the room was clean and nice.

The hotel is good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when I arrived at the hotel, the door needed a password. I didn't receive any message or email, and Ctrip didn't help follow up. It was minus 20 degrees Celsius, and my hands, body, and brain were all frozen. It was very uncomfortable to stand outside and deal with the process.

Charming, clean, and well-located. We really enjoyed this hotel, with one caveat: the window curtains let in street light. I didn't get much sleep!
