This is a very practical place to stay. I was originally booked for a room in the basement that smelled really musty. Thankfully they moved my room when I complained of it's smell, however, still in the basement. My new room was fine. Clean and basic. Walls are thin and easy to hear other rooms and floor above. Parking is $25 per day and not in a protected lot. But the location is hard to beat and staff is friendly and accommodating.

The room is small, moderate after the upgrade, and the location is excellent! You can walk to all the check-in spots, which is very convenient without driving. There are hot water juices on the first floor, so you can drink them at will.

The hotel is not big, but very exquisite. The location is very good and very quiet. The front desk is friendly and very considerate when checking in at midnight. They taught me how to get hot water❤️The room does not provide disposable slippers and toothbrushes, remember to bring your own. There is no kettle, you can bring a thermos cup to the first floor to get hot water. Simple breakfast is included. Coffee is available all day.

The location is excellent, perhaps unbeatable.
The room is small, similar in size to rooms in European hotels, but it is fine.
The condition of the bathroom fixtures was not optimal, but they were immediately repaired after my complaint.
Regarding the bathrooms, I still don't understand why such developed societies do not use the bidet for personal hygiene. They could even put a small shower inside the toilet.
The staff is very friendly and always try to solve any problems you may have and advise you politely.
It is a very beautiful old house.
