Although the hotel is located in the suburbs, it's only about ten kilometers to the old city by car, which is very convenient. Parking is free, and breakfast is decent. Across from the hotel is a golf course, offering a beautiful environment, making it ideal for those traveling by car.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is a bit out of the way, but everything else was great. The staff were very friendly, and they even provided complimentary snacks. Loved the strong shower water pressure. Will comeback again.

This was hands down the best hotel experience I had during my trip to Canada. We were welcomed with complimentary cookies upon check-in. They offer free spa and sauna facilities, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. It's ideal for those driving to Old Quebec City and offers excellent value for money.

I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint. I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.

The room is spacious and features a modern design with a pleasant ambiance. It is overall very clean and comfortable - just as one would expect from a Hilton-brand hotel. However, I would like to highlight the following areas for improvement: 1. There aren't any drinking water dispensers on each floor, so we had to get water from the gym in the basement, which was inconvenient for guests. 2. There is no proper kettle for tea drinkers. As tea enthusiasts, we found it inconvenient to boil water using the coffee machine, as the water carries a noticeable coffee taste and aroma which compromise the flavour of the tea. Additionally, the hotel does not provide a hot water dispenser in the common areas on each floor. Hotel management should consider providing complimentary bottled water in each room or, at minimum, installing drinking water dispensers including hot water on each floor. Alternatively, providing a small electric kettle would be a simple yet meaningful addition to all beverage preferences.

As the ratings indicate, the facilities and cleanliness are quite decent. As you can probably tell, the location is not in the city center. If you're fine with the non-central location and prioritize good facilities, then it's a worthwhile booking. However, don't expect much in terms of staff friendliness. The space is decent enough for a family stay.

Very good hotel in general. Good room size. Relatively new and clean. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom amenities. Small swimming pool. Rooms facing either golf course or parking lot.

The hotel service was quite mediocre. My bedside table was covered in dust, and I ended up cleaning it myself. The only thing I liked was the hotel's hot spring bath. We had dinner at the restaurant downstairs, and only the soup of the day was decent. Breakfast was also very average, making it very poor value for money. Plus, Trip.com's booking flexibility for changes and cancellations is much worse than Booking.com's.

The hotel is quite new and perfect for those traveling by car. The front desk staff were very nice and provided good service. However, the waiters in the breakfast restaurant were not as friendly. The surrounding area is a bit sparse.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are very nice. Location super quite, and only 20 minutes drive to all the tourist attractions in Quebec city.

Booked this hotel for our vacation in Quebec City. The hotel is in the north with convenient access to vist Quebec old city. The room is quiet, spacious and clean. The hotel staff were very polite and welcoming, and free chocolate cookies were offered when we checked in. Good hotel with wondeful services, we will definitely stay there again when we visit Quebec city in the future.

Everything was great, except for the slightly distant location, perfect for a trip with classmates!

First off, the hotel's location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk from the subway station. There are also plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, making dining and getting around a breeze. As for the room, it was more spacious than I expected with a well-thought-out layout. The hygiene was excellent; the bedding was clean and tidy, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. The city view from the window was particularly beautiful at night. The Wi-Fi speed was really fast, which was a big plus for me. The staff were very friendly. Check-in was quick, and the front desk was always prompt in helping whenever I had an issue.
