We stayed for 2 night over a long weekend. The highlight of our stay was the live music and heated pool that were operating until 11pm. The room we stayed in was a bit damp but overall the facilities and room were well maintained.

Was recently there… loved a few things about this hotel but had alot of complaints also. Loved the pool and bouncy castles n all the kid things. BUT a lot of things were wrong. I paid for a cut didn’t get. Asked for a pillow n blanket for my son n they just brought blanket. My room wreaked of cigarettes n all they did was come spray my room with chemicals so much we had to leave the room a while. The arcade games barely ever worked. The construction was annoying!

2nd time coming here nothing change it is still the best of the best.

Both beds were built-in closet beds, one of which overlapped with the dining table, so we set up another table to use as a dining table. There was a small separate kitchen for cooking, but the stoves in Canada are generally not very powerful. The hotel had a large children's play area, which I think kids would love. Adults also had their own game consoles.

Overall, it was very good; however, we had the room with a "fully equipped" kitchenette. We were disappointed to find there was no dishwasher and that the refrigerator couldn't hold all the food we had brought. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall, the pool water was nice and warm, and our request to have a room next to another was accommodated.

A major faux pas!!! This hotel overcharges and checks your credit card CVV! They also deduct money from your deposit without authorization! It's awful!!! We booked a hotel near the train station because our train was at 5 AM the next morning. We checked in at 9 PM the night before and left at 5 AM the next morning. The hotel felt eerie, and since we had to get up early, we just lay down briefly and left without touching anything. Upon check-in, they not only charged my credit card deposit but also asked for my CVV. I felt something was very wrong, so I immediately locked my credit card. The next day, I found that almost 50 RMB had been deducted from my credit card deposit, so I immediately asked Ctrip customer service to inquire. At first, they said we had eaten dinner at the hotel, which I found absurd—it was impossible for me to have eaten dinner so late. Later, they told my customer service that they had made a mistake and that I had eaten breakfast. I was clearly catching my train at 5 AM; why would I eat breakfast? Besides, are breakfast and dinner the same price at the hotel? Then I said let's check the surveillance footage, and the hotel said they would check the footage and get back to me... This hotel is outrageous! Everyone should run away if they see this. (The Ctrip customer service here is really good and responsible. They kept helping us communicate. I'm so glad I booked the hotel through Ctrip.)

The hotel has a lot of entertainment for children, but the gym is too dark and the sauna is too old. The water pressure is also low when taking a shower, and the water comes out very slowly! Overall, the experience is still good, and the children like it very much!

It's a great place to take kids.

The hotel has an indoor garden and swimming pool. The hotel is very cost effective. The service is enthusiastic, and the front desk also proactively suggests parking suggestions for driving to the tourist area. like.

The surrounding roads are under construction, so you have to go around seven or eight times outside the door. But the interior of the hotel is very good, clean and comfortable, and you can also swim and soak in hot springs for free. The luggage elevator on the half floor is so bad that it takes a lot of effort to open the door and you have to try your luck to open it.
