1. Last 2 pictures were the view from the bedroom. Very comfy bed, spacious room , just the pillow a bit too thick. 2. The dinner was very good but very expensive . 3. Hot soak is FOC. Require booking 1 day in advance 4. The reception are all very helpful and nice especially we loved the young Asian tiny girl. Very smiley and always try to help and make herself clear. Highly recommended.

The hotel boasts beautiful lake views. The room wasn't huge, but it was packed with thoughtful details, and all the amenities were new and excellent. Breakfast was exquisite and delicious. If you go a bit early, you can even catch the sunrise. However, the bathroom door is only a half-partition, so it can get a bit chilly when showering 🥶. You'll need some time to adjust.

The hygiene was really bad; the duvet insert was yellow. You can refill your water bottle at the front desk daily. The room was a bit cold, but there was a blanket. The air conditioning was too dry. The parking lot is right outside the door, so privacy is a bit lacking. The service was good. The view was especially beautiful; you could see the Milky Way at night 🌌

This construction site view room was incredibly simple and straightforward, but tiny – comparable to a Japanese hotel room. For the same price, there are so many better options available, both in terms of size and view. Also, many people rave about the breakfast, but I really didn't get it. I ate it for two days and felt unwell both days, with diarrhea and vomiting. There's definitely a food safety issue!

The hotel view is nice, but there's ongoing outdoor construction. Rooms facing the lake are better and have a small balcony. For breakfast, you can only order one item, and the taste is just average; there's no self-service bread basket. Most of the staff are from Southeast Asia, and their service is just so-so.

I booked this hotel because I was interested in its restaurant. To be honest, I'm a bit disappointed. First, we were given a room on the first floor facing the parking lot. The room was small, and you had to keep the curtains fully drawn; otherwise, with the floor-to-ceiling windows, you'd be exposed to everyone in the parking lot. The hotel itself isn't very large; its main appeal is the beautiful view from the restaurant, but there's a large construction site below that really detracts from the experience. The hotel has a great design aesthetic, and the scented shower gel smells wonderful. However, it probably fell a bit short of my expectations, and I found the value for money to be just okay (it really was quite expensive). Btw, breakfast was delicious!

The lakeside hotel was excellent, and the hot springs were a definite highlight. A big thank you to all the staff for the wonderful service, and for the fantastic environment and facilities. I thoroughly enjoyed a lovely weekend afternoon tea here.

The lake view from this hotel is absolutely stunning and so enjoyable! The panoramic views are truly incredible. My only minor gripes are that the room was a bit small, and being on the first floor, the view can be a hit or miss. Also, it takes about 7-8 minutes by car to get to the city center.

Fantastic, it exceeded my expectations! My daughter and I loved it. The views were beautiful, though the glass in the hot spring area was frosted over due to ongoing construction nearby, which did affect the overall experience a bit.

Honeymoon hotel, nestled in the Queenstown hills. The hotel's restaurant was excellent, with a cozy fireplace and delicious food. The à la carte breakfast exceeded our expectations. The staff even left us a handwritten card and chocolates as a thoughtful gesture.

The hotel is a bit out of the way from Queenstown's central area, but not too far – just 4 stops on the No. 1 bus. It's located on a hillside and offers lake views. Our room wasn't very big and had absolutely no view of the lake. The soundproofing was also a bit lacking; we could hear guests walking around upstairs at night. However, the restaurant here was absolutely beyond expectations! It has stunning lake views, and the chef's dishes were seriously on point. Dinner requires advance booking, and by the time we remembered, it was fully booked. We emailed the restaurant two or three days in advance, and they still managed to get us a table for 8:30 PM. Breakfast is à la carte, and both the presentation and taste were excellent.

Staying here during Chinese New Year, my overall experience was pretty mediocre, and the value for money was extremely poor. The room decor felt dated and a bit tacky, a stark contrast to the grand and luxurious lobby, which felt like a classic case of bait and switch. The biggest disappointment was the room view – looking directly onto a parking lot, with absolutely no scenery. The beautiful views in the hotel's promotional photos are mostly from the lobby. I'd advise others to lower their expectations for the room views, as there are definitely better options available at this price point.

The room was great, with a terrace overlooking the lake. Since it was Valentine's Day, they specially provided candy, wine, and a stuffed rabbit. The hotel restaurant's dishes were exquisite and surprisingly affordable. Highly recommended!

Booked 4nights, disappointed with my room is face directly onto the parking lot. My room was on the ground floor, right in front of the cars, which meant i had to keep the curtains closed the entire time, couldn’t see the beautiful mountain at all. Lovely fine dining room with stunning views, had breakfast there. The location is a bit away from central town, so it’s better you have a rental car to stay here(free parking offered ). Overall, it’s quite standard hotel.
