One of our favourite stays in Queenstown! ❤️ The resort has a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere with beautiful lake and mountain views. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, and waking up to the scenery every morning really gives you that “New Zealand holiday” feeling. We also loved how quiet it feels compared with staying right in busy Queenstown town centre — perfect if you want to slow down, relax and enjoy the surroundings. ✨ Spacious & comfortable room 🏔️ Beautiful mountain & lake scenery 🧖♀️ Relaxing resort & spa atmosphere ❤️ Great for couples and a peaceful getaway The only thing to consider is the location — it’s not right in Queenstown town centre, so you’ll need to drive or take the water taxi. Overall: 9/10 ⭐️ Would definitely stay here again for the view and relaxing resort experience.

The hotel environment is fantastic, located right by the lake with beautiful views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and kept very clean. The staff are professional and enthusiastic, making both check-in and check-out a breeze. The facilities are excellent, and the overall quality is up to Hilton standards. It's perfect for a relaxing getaway, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Queenstown.

excellent view nice clean bed but the bathroom corners have some spider webs other than that its very nice and clean. very friendly staff and they even gave us a free upgrade which is always nice of them.

This has to be the dirtiest Hilton I've ever stayed in. There was a thick layer of dust on the headboard and windows. Even worse, under the dining table, the dust had accumulated into clumps. I spent a good half hour cleaning the room myself after checking in. The washing machine provided in the room was also incredibly filthy, completely unusable. On top of that, the hotel's design is odd – there's an air vent on the ceiling directly above the bed that couldn't be turned off, blowing cold air all night. I woke up with a cold the next morning. It was a truly unpleasant stay.

Aparting from the superb hotel view, I had a bad experience staying there for 2 nights, mainly due to the cleanliness. On our arrival we found that the oven has not been cleaned and there still nuts on the dinning chairs. However, they sent staff tonclean it immediately. For the second night, we arrive hotel at 6pm and found that no one has come to clean the room yet. Again the maid were come to clean after complaining. The hotel gave us dringking voucher to compensate. But it again disappointing for the 5 stars hotel.

Just a five-minute taxi ride from the airport. You can take a water taxi to the town center, and you can buy a Bee card right at the front desk. The scenery is absolutely beautiful, and a morning stroll by the lake is incredibly refreshing. The room itself is also very spacious.
