The location is good. The old steam engine ship Horsehead is across the road. It is not far from the Sky Gondola. You don't need to drive a car. Just a few steps away from the bustling area of ​​Queenstown, you can go back to the hotel to rest when you are tired, and go out to continue shopping before and after dinner in the afternoon. The room is spacious and bright, clean and tidy, and the service is very good. The hotel parking requires the waiter to park for you, and they also need to pick up the car when you need to use it, which is a bit inconvenient. The key is that the parking lot is on the hillside behind the hotel, and the road is steep and unsafe. Parking is NZD38 per day. The hotel belongs to the IHG group and is satisfactory in all aspects.

This hotel has a perfect lake view and a great location to go anywhere. I am satisfied with the warm and professional service of the staff. The restaurant has delicious beef and drinks. I hope to stay here again next time.

The hotel is in a good location, right in the busiest area of ​​Queenstown. The pier is opposite the hotel gate and very close to the tourist service center, making it very convenient to choose various water recreational activities. The room is relatively large, the hygiene is fine, the facilities are relatively old, and the lake view cannot be seen on the lower floors. The service is really average. The room cannot be delayed until 2 pm, and check-out must be done at 12 noon. A phone call will be made to urge check-out at 11 pm. I deposited my luggage at the hotel in advance and could not check in until 3 pm. The front desk said that the luggage would be delivered to the room, but it was not delivered. You need to go to the front desk to pick it up yourself, and the phone was not connected. In short, except for the good location, everything else is just average.

The location is great. I thought it was a little far from the center, but it was only a few minutes away. And the bus to the airport was right in front of the hotel. Even the intercity bus delivered to the front if you told them you were going to the Crown. The best thing was the breakfast venue. The menu was neither good nor bad, but the view was amazing. I want to come back.

The room is small, but the location is right opposite the tourist center. However, the price is not cheap. We stayed for three nights and it cost nearly 10,000. Parking is also charged at 38 SGD per night.
