It took about 4 hours for room to be ready. They not clean the room just set up the bed. Not fill the empty shower as we stay about 4 nights.

free parking provided, near pak n save just that need drive to city area. but fully furnished with simple cooking equipment, washing machine and dryer. satisfied there is a thai restaurant downstair, food are delicious

Nice location, near Queenstown Airport. Parking is available FOC on 1st come 1st served basis. Washing machine and dryer makes it easy to wash clothes after long day traveling

You can cook your own meals, and despite being facing the airport, it's not too noisy. Parking spaces are limited; you'll have to use the paid car park next door, which costs 11.5 NZD for 24 hours.

Perfect location with amazing view of Remarkables Mountain (Location shooting of LOTR). Just few minutes away from the airport and lovely lakes. Hope we can go back to this place.

The location is just 10-12 minutes walk from Airport and car rentals are within 2-5 min drive. Service is average but facilities is good including car parking and late night checking. In my case the dishwasher was out of work and hotel doesn’t comply it for 5 days of my stay, there is no fault I seen from trip.com as their customer service was tried their best to communicate with Ramada hotel.

Really nice hotel with snow Mountain View! Everything is clean and handy. Just the parking space is limited. You may park the car in the paid car park next to the hotel if needed

Nice location - walking distance from the airport and a shopping area. Easy to get into Queenstown Central on the bus too

Stayed here during our ski trip. Recommend. Only downside is that free parking is not guarantee, but at least you can park for a fee nearby

The room was great. Big enough for us with huge luggages. We were quite happy as there are washing machine and dryer in our room but unfortunately the washing machine was out of order. Thankfully, there is a laundromat just below the hotel and it is quite convenient. Parking wise was also convenient as guests could part at the basement carpark with first come first served basis.

We loved our stay at Ramada! The room was spacious and great for entertaining our friends. As travellers we were super happy to find out we had a washer/dryer and washing powder. The location isn’t ideal if you want to experience Queenstown however if you want to be right near the airport or the Remarkables it is a great place to stay!
