Millennium Hotel Queenstown

The front desk staff were very friendly, the room was quiet, and the pillows, bed, and duvet were all incredibly comfortable. It was also super convenient to walk to the Skyline and the main downtown area, and the lake was very close by. The breakfast was excellent.

Extremely satisfied! They even upgraded us to a twin room. The hotel is very new and comfortable. It's not far from the town center, just a short walk away. We stayed for four nights, and my child still didn't want to leave. They were so sad to go.

Overall, my stay was good. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the city center, but I wouldn't recommend it for older guests due to a very steep hill on the way, which could be challenging for them. The air conditioning in my room broke on the second night, but the hotel promptly provided a heater. During check-in, I noticed some hair on the bedsheets. Parking costs 25 NZD per night, and you need to inform the front desk upon check-in if you require a space so they can activate access on your room key for the car park.

The hotel service was good. The staff at the front desk, both the gentlemen and ladies, were friendly towards Chinese guests. The à la carte breakfast at the restaurant was nice, but the buffet breakfast wasn't up to standard. Also, the steak from the kitchen at dinner was really bad.

The Millennium Hotel, a renowned chain in Singapore, truly lives up to its reputation. This cozy boutique hotel offers 5-star facilities and service, and the Millennium Hotel Queenstown certainly didn't disappoint. Its excellent location makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient.

Overall, it's a classic, old-school hotel. The bus stop is right nearby. You do have to walk up a small hill, but even for someone like me who doesn't exercise much, it's manageable. Housekeeping was excellent every day! They even changed my sheets very diligently when I accidentally stained them. A big thank you to them!
