The location of the hotel is very close to the Skyline station, and just a few minutes walking to the very famous burger shop in Queenstown. In The room is clean and with a lovely view to see the mountains. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for providing such a beautiful place for us to stay in Queenstown.

Amazing service and the most looked after I think I've felt in a hotel ever. We were hiking so out of reception and returned later than expected due to weather, when we got back we found our card had failed. Instead of kicking us to the curb and leaving us without a place to stay, they arranged for a self check in situation where we could square up payment in the morning, and went out of their way to provide a bottle of wine and extra snacks to make up for the fact we missed the free happy hour. Totally blown away and grateful to the team.

Our second stay at The Dairy. Great location, friendly staff, unique decor, cosy lounge, happy hour chats with other guests, very comfortable room with a bath!! We find microfibre duvets too warm - staff happily found a comfortable alternative. We chose to go to local cafe for breakfast. Will be back.

Our stay was an amazing experience. The room was very well appointed and stylishly decorated. Free happy hour in the lounge with other guests with drinks and snacks is an excellent idea and the included continental breakfast in the dining room was spot on. Conveniently located for a very short walk to the centre of town and attractions.

We had an awesome time staying here. We enjoyed the happy hours offered daily, the candy selection, and the hot tub outside. The location is perfect. It is within walking distance to the gondola and all the shops and restaurants downtown.

Unique, charming little boutique hotel. Personal touches all the more special as they were on such a small scale. Very close to both the town centre and the gondolas. Parking a little tricky but they went out of their way to make us comfortable 10/10 would recommend.

Great location. Staff were very nice. The 5-6pm drinks a nice touch. Tea, coffee and soft drinks available in the lounge all day. Don't pay for the breakfast if you are a late riser, as often found not much left until they came around to check on it every 5-10 minutes. It was probably one of the most sp**** continental breakfasts I have ever seen. So I have lowered my value score as breakfast was a let down if you went down after 9am. So have a tea or coffer in lounge and then go to a bakery.

Stayed here for 3 nights for my honeymoon and would absolutely stay again. The location was ideal (walkable to everything in Queenstown), the rooms were a comfortable size, and the decor was bold and unique. The amenities were also lovely, as the hotel provided wine, coffee, seltzer water and snacks in our room (all locally made) and offered a light happy hour with wine and snacks from 5-6pm each night. The bed was also quite comfortable.
